I stopped by because of the June promotion offering buy one, get one 50% off…read more When it was my turn to check out, I pulled up the reward in the app and asked the cashier, an Asian man with glasses how to redeem the offer. I haven't redeemed any rewards in several months because I've been overseas, so I wasn't sure whether I simply scanned the code or if there was another step involved. Instead of explaining the process, he repeatedly pointed at the screen and said, it's right here. When I asked for clarification, he continued to respond the same way without actually explaining what I needed to do. His tone and mannerisms made me feel as though I was being treated like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Not every customer is familiar with the app, and some may be using rewards for the first time. A little patience and clearer communication would have gone a long way. The experience was made more frustrating by the long wait beforehand. There were only two cashiers working and the customer ahead of me spent several minutes at the register asking questions. Another cashier was also helping a customer who needed additional assistance. While I understand that questions happen and employees do their best, waiting a considerable amount of time only to receive dismissive customer service was disappointing. Good customer service isn't just about completing a transaction--it's about helping customers understand the process and making them feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

Parking: Plenty of parking wrapping around the building and has wheelchair access Selection: At first glance there seemed to be more of a selection than there was. A lot of the items repeated as you made your way around which was disappointing. They did have a lot of cakes in the case though. Drinks also had to be ordered at a kiosk ahead of time. I completely missed that when I walked in and had to order after I selected my food items, which left me waiting longer than people who came in after me Seating: There are about 3 tables and a window bar with seating. The window seats needed to be cleaned Service: The person who checked me out was super friendly Overall satisfied my little treat need !

Stopped by Tiff's Treats today to try their seasonal blueberry muffin cookie, and ended up grabbing…read morea few more while we were there--2 snickerdoodles, 1 oatmeal raisin, and 1 classic chocolate chip. Because we spent over $10, we also got a free pint of the brown sugar chocolate chip cookie with fudge ice cream (which was a nice surprise!). To be honest, the cookies were just okay. They tasted like they'd been sitting out for a bit--not quite fresh-out-the-oven like you'd hope from a cookie shop known for warm delivery. In the display case, one cookie even looked like it had a whole chunk bitten out of it, which was a bit off-putting. The blueberry muffin cookie was probably the most interesting of the bunch--it was cakier than a typical cookie and really did resemble a blueberry muffin in texture and flavor. Not my personal favorite, but definitely a fun seasonal twist. The best part of the visit was the woman working the counter. She was super sweet, helpful, and really made the experience feel welcoming. There is no seating inside and is just a quick pick up spot for cookies. All in all, not a bad stop, but nothing about the cookies really wowed me. Probably wouldn't go out of my way for them again, but the ice cream was a nice touch!
