I ordered through Uber eats and photos below is how I received my order UBER customer service refused a refund saying that I didn't meet their standards. I reached out to the restaurant restaurant would do nothing at all either I mean, seriously would you eat this? I feel that I deserve a full refund due to the state that my order was in and especially because of the large sum of money spent. I believe I was treated unjustly by the Uber Eats company as well as the restaurant because this is their product being destroyed by a delivery platform and as a customer, I deserve justice and I never got anything just I don't know what to tell you call the platform and the platform doesn't even have a phone number. All they have is a chat and they do nothing to help their customer. They basically allow the driver to do what they want tamper with the customers order. Then tell the customer that they don't qualify for a refund never again. Will I order delivery from here? I advise you if you want this restaurant eat in at least then you'll see what they're doing in front of you. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would the service is absolutely terrible I stood waiting to be seated with a party of four for over 35 minutes when there was an open table the manager was doing hostess and she doesn't care for me so she took other people in front of me when my party was there then stuck us in a back corner and didn't tell our server that she'd set people at her table we waited 35 minutes to even get our drink order and then it's still gonna be another 45+ minutes because now we're two tables behind when we should've been at the first table. Have been to this restaurant previously and had good experience however this place has went down hill and needs improvements. Food prices have increased and portions are drastically smaller for the price you pay for hibachi. I ordered the steak and chicken hibachi I received a small pile of rice 12-15 pieces of steak that were sliced as thin as a piece of paper and 6 chunks of chicken. I would have rather went to Texas Roadhouse where I know I can get consistently good food for roughly the same price and not have a chair that's like I'm sitting on the damn floor. My husband and I have patronized Kansai for the last 6 years. We order sushi for pickup and occasionally dine in. The food is delicious with ample portions. I would highly recommend eating at Kansai. A family friendly place in the main room and also a quiet dining experience if you so desire in the dining room. The restaurant is extremely well run, the service is great and the staff are friendly. We did not enjoy our lunch at all. Service was very slow. Gyoza was dry. Pan-fried beef udon was a soupy wet pile of udon instead of well, "pan-fried" udon. Seafood soba soup noodle was essentially a serving of soba in flavorless "broth" with overcooked seafood. The green tea was one tea bag in some lukewarm water, which could not brew the tea properly. We waited so long for the waiter to take our credit card and ended up walking to the cashier to pay instead. The check totalled to $57 was a rip off. Unfortunately, the same thick soy concoction is used in EVERY SINGLE HIBACHI ITEM. Veggies? Butter and thick sauce. Rice? Butter and thick sauce. Filet? Butter and thick sauce. Scallops? Butter and thick sauce. Other than texture, every single dish on my plate had the same flavor and the veggies and meat/seafood were overpowered by the sauce. It was truly a one note meal. We had the Tornado Roll to start. Good, although the warm baked fish was in the middle, and not atop our sushi, so it was like eat a piece of sushi, use a fork to get a scoop of the topping. Food was amazing! I ordered the drunken noodles and the portion was so large it lasted me two meals after my initial one. It was soooo delicious, even as leftovers, all the flavors came together deliciously and the glass noddles were a perfect choice. We were staying at the Holiday Inn on Christmas Day and was so grateful for them to be open. We were promptly seated and greeted by the glorious staff that was working on a Holiday and taking time away from their families. The service was excellent. The food was beyond excellent. We had the tornado sushi roll and had them put shrimp tempura instead of spicy tuna and it was out of this world. So good in fact that we are considering ordering another round for dinner tonight. I had the filet hibachi with chicken fried rice and everything was so good! The steak was cooked perfectly and the rice had such good flavor. I highly recommend coming here!
