Long story short: Couldn't have been nicer, quicker, more efficient. I don't know them from Adam, never went there before and, frankly, this was the only thing I had them do. I was actually prepared to buy four tires since I couldn't find just one used run-flat anywhere else. The service was awesome, quick, easy, and the guys were really nice. I was told come in. I get there the guy at the counter was so helpful and nice ask me to give the mechanic William a minute and he will be able to help me. William is asking me why I don't have the wheel lock for my car?, where did I purchase the car from? alot of unnecessary questions. I asked for a used tire doesn't even look and says we don't have your size, So I asked to put on the spare. He gave me a hard time had a nasty attitude and tried to over charge me.
