Honestly it was the worst cleaning I've ever had. Hired them for a move in cleaning. The house was empty so not much to clean and they didn't do any of the floors. No mopping, no sweeping, no vacuuming. They showed up with 3 little bottles of "cleaning" products. I thought it strange when they showed up with no broom or mop. None of the so called "check list" was done. When brought up to management they offered to come back and clean it "again", should have been done in the first place! That's what I paid for. I denied and asked for a refund. Was refused until I sent pictures. Once received the agreed horrible job. They offered me a 20% refund, after receiving the refund was not even close to 20%. Very unpleasant experience with Kare Teem DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I scheduled a cleaning which had to be rescheduled by them because of an "emergency" When they were 20 minutes late (they claim that their agreement states a 2 hour arrival window) for the rescheduled appointment - I cancelled the cleaning - but they came anyway and then charged me the full price of $909. NO CLEANING WAS DONE!!! They insist that they sent me an email - NO EMAIL WAS SENT NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED They are charging me the full price for a cleaning that was not done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am too pregnant to clean my house and thought I would get our home hybrid cleaned with a deep clean in the kitchen and two bathrooms, windows cleaned inside and out ( which I payed extra for) base boards cleaned and then the basics for the rest of the house. This was TRULY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I will say the young couple that came were very kind and nice, but kind and nice doesn't suffice their lack of understanding how to clean. Please look at the following before considering doing business with this group. - no one will come and assess prior to coming to clean- it is all done on the phone prior. - I was specifically told I would NOT be charged for the services until the services was completed- The business deducted the large amount prior to completing the job. - two very nice young adults came, but needed more help so asked if they could bring their mother to help clean even though she was not employed through the business. - they didn't have cleaning products! They didn't have a scrub brush and asked if I had a wool SOS pads to clean- I let them use everything I had- however, they didn't know how to use the cleaning products and left my floors a STICKY MESS by using pine sol on my floors!!! - the manager said she will send someone tomorrow to re clean and if it's not done correctly I will ask for a refund and if that is not honored I WILL TAKE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT and I will file a lawful complaint to the better business bureau!!!! At this point I DO NOT like the way this place conducted business and has shown to be untrustworthy and unprofessional- I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEW unless I get what I payed for or I am reimbursed. I will post this review in every location online to inform the community to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. This company helped my mother and I when moving back into my college apartment after subleasing to three men. When I got home I was devastated as my apartment was basically trashed and not ready to be moved into whatsoever-- and it was already 3:30 PM. The Kare Team not only did a fantastic job but they stayed to ensure the quality of their work. I'm telling you my apartment has never looked this clean!! For the work that just two people did at such last minute it was more than affordable and completely worth the time and money. I highly recommend to anyone in the 805 area!! read more

had this company do just my living room carpet on 10-28-22. i hired this company to clean my living room carpet today. not satisfied at all. appointment was set for noon, didnt show up til 1:30. took a few hours (3ish hours) to do just a living room (empty by the way, we removed everything prior to their arrival) equipment tripped breakers and they didn't say anything (our garage fridge and stand alone freezer wasnt working for who knows how long) my carpet is still dirty.... still stained..... the machine left 2 large spots on my floor that were not there before....my hoover smartwash machine can do a better job cleaning than this company did. read more

Incredibly disappointed. I had cleaners come on Monday as my new house I moved in was very dirty. Upon looking at it originally within the first 24 hours it looked clean but I didn't look deeper. The past 2 days I've been cleaning spots they completely ignored. I tried to call to get a refund as I've spent 2 days cleaning the messes they ignored they the refused a refund and only offered for someone to come clean it again but I'm not comfortable having the company come again and I've already cleaned the majority of what they ignored. I'm out over $716 not including a $100 tip. I'm incredibly disappointed and would expect this level of cleaning for $200 at most. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm also very bummed because they seemed to be very nice people so I feel very taken advantage of. My old landlord required us to hire a professional cleaner to do a deep clean before moving out. I called Kare Teem after I received a $680 bid on my two bedroom apartment (wayyy too steep of a price for a college kid). Kare Teem came in and only charged $375 and did an amazing job. They pride themselves on helping you get your security deposit back from your landlord, and they did!! I even received a text from my landlord thanking us for hiring such a good company! read more

These folks have INTEGRITY. Tony came to our home, listened to our needs and did a thorough walk thru. We found him very personable and well qualified. In his quote he mentioned that he may not be a good fit for us because one of biggest concerns was having the same person clean our house. He knew that he could not promise that and said so. When is the last time you had this sort of honesty? He obviously listen to our needs and put those needs ahead of his own. We ended up going with a different person but I will certainly hire him down the road to handle my rentals as I know he will put customer service first. Please give them a shot. read more
