They had a good crisp though. I think there was some miscommunication since nobody went to take my order for 7 minutes. Some of the waiters walked past me so I had to flag one down to place an order. I ordered a pepper steak with mashed potatoes and a salad with italian dressing. The salad came in 2 minutes and it was solid but nothing special. The croutons were interesting in a good way. The steak came in about 10 more minutes and it was pretty big. It was a bit disappointing though. It wasn't medium rare and had no crust. It honestly felt boiled. The steak was a bit chewy but to their credit it was juicy. The green beans and bacon were good. I don't think I'm coming back for dinner but I want to come back and try their breakfast/brunch offerings - those look pretty good and I think that is what they are more known for.
