Their ice cream is great plus I love that Scoops always has lots old fashioned candy in their shop. Seeing all of the pop rocks, ring pops and baby bottle pops really takes me back. I love the colorful atmosphere and sitting outside in the rocking chairs when the weather is nice. And for the record, I was not seeking a refund but simply wanted to provide feedback as a fellow business owner - after all, we can't improve things we don't know about.
