When I called to constructively share this experience with the owner, Megan, I was met with a confrontational and rude response. Rather than addressing the product quality, she BLAMED me for making a last-minute purchase and told me I was "welcome not to return to her store". And for the record, I was not seeking a refund but simply wanted to provide feedback as a fellow business owner - after all, we can't improve things we don't know about.
