My last service was another cut for my boy and, again, it was a really tight and legit cut by AJ. Thanks AJ! We did have a subscription and miscommunication issue, but Whitney up front in the check-in lobby took care of it and handled everything with class and professionalism. THEN, I contracted COVID and was unable to make my appointment. Despite canceling on me for whatever reason, and despite being a regular, they charged me! I'm not arguing that businesses shouldn't have policies to prevent losing money and protect an artist's time and income, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't complain, I didn't make an issue, but what I DID do was never go back AND pull my daughter from the other salon they own. Bad business practices and treating not respecting regular clients' time has consequences... Avoid being treated like a number, plenty of better places right down the street. This business won't last.
