Been to this place once, so I don't want to give it a full 5 stars until I sampled more dishes. But I was very satisfied with my first experience. I went there with a friend and we shared a sushi dish. I don't remember the specific name but it had three variations tuna, yellow tail and salmon. We requested it to be spicy and it had a little kick to it. The fish was fresh and tastey and the rolls had a little crunch to them, a nice touch. This one dish was enough for the two of us, it included 18 rolls and only for $19. I would def go back again if I am in that area. read more

Lunch boxes are a good value. Food generally is okay, but nothing too exciting. Don't go out of my way to eat here, but if in the area and looking for something it will fit the bill. Karma has always been a reliable standby for our family. Kids like terriyaki dishes and the rest of us like the maki rolls. They also have a great bar with a good selection of wine by the glass. My only gripe is that their service can be slow and inattentive, but Karma is easily one of the best restaurants around Westford. read more

I have been to Karma several times since I moved to the area, and all of those times it has been a huge disappointment with service and how rude they are; no customer service skills at ALL. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I actually enjoy the food, reasonable prices and very tasty. But if it wasnt for the few options we have around here to go out for dinner, I would never step a foot on this place again. To make the story short. My boyfriend and I arrived at Karma at 9:15 pm, since the moment we sat the server or hostess told us we had to order soon because the kitchen was closing, when their hours say at 10 pm. I have worked at restaurants for a couple of years now, and if we say we close at 10 pm that means last meal we cook is at 10 pm not 45 minutes before closing. This has happend 3 times already, and unfortunately me and my boyfriend always go around this around this hour because we work late. After being rushed to order, not even given the chance to read the menu, the food arrived. Everything was good. And a couple minutes later the server adked if we wanted more drinks because it was last call. It was not even 9:45 yet. At the end we asked to see a dessert menu and she said no because the kitchen was closed, and beought some funny tasting ice cream. Very rude. No apologies. If it wasnt because I work at a restaurant myself, I wouldnt have tipped her. read more

This place is close to my house so we go there pretty often. The servers are friendly, the drinks are delicious. Sushi is not the best I've tried, but pretty good, enough to keep me coming. Other food is good as well. The place is huge, has nice decor, big bar. I defintely would reccomend it. They also have nice lunch boxes. read more

Great Asian Fusion restaurant. I love getting take out from here, whether it be sushi or chinese, and they have the best hot and sour and miso soup. The sushi roll selection is extensive and creative (bananas in sushi?! don't knock it til you try it!). Prices are reasonable and cheaper then nearby Bamboo too. I actually ate in the restaurant only once so far since I just love getting take out and eating at home (I'm lame, I know), but it has a good atmosphere and is usually crowded on the weekends. read more

We eat out frequently and I would rate Karma's food a 9.5 on a scale of 1-10. They have a deep menu and the presentation is exquisite. The staff is a 10 - never disappointed in over 6 years of going here. I am most impressed, however, by the personnel - they are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! read more

Wow! This place was great! A friend who had a craving for sushi after having a baby and I went here to try it out. We got two sushi roll specials and they were both AMAZING! Definitely a fan of this place! I've been there multiple times and the waitresses always do their best to explain everything and answer my questions. Snow mountain and tiger's eye are the best sushi rolls I've tried but their shrimp and rice dishes have also been very good. Very good; we had Hot n Sour Soup, Tempura, Scottish Salmon Roll and Udon Noodle soup, all of which was well presented, served at a good pace and reasonably priced. Portions are good-the expected flavors were there especially with the Hot n Sour which most places screw up..this version was very good although I asked for some hot sauce. The app's and sushi are on the pricy side, soooo get the entrees if you're pinching pennies bunkie and never-ever get Pad Thai in a Chinese fusion restaurant, I don't care who they've got in the kitchen, get Pad Thai in a legit Thai place! I've had normal experiences but I've had times where one person's food came out like a half hour after the other. This restaurant caused a flashback. It was 1989 in upstate NY where we last tasted food like this. The restaurant was in a mall and it was the only ethnic restaurant other than Italian for many, many miles. My spouse to be, an undergraduate student with essentially no money, brought me out to dinner. The company was great and the food was 'early mall food' far from any ethnic center. Karma is similar being Americanized Asian food. We had the hot and sour soup, beef negima and five star shrimp. The shrimp was on their house specials list as 'must try'. We didn't taste the five Flavors. The flavor was sweet and deep fry. The peanuts albeit visible weren't noticeable. The upside was that the service was very good and the staff were very friendly. Maybe it would be easier for the chef if they stuck to one asian type of food and didn't try to cover multiple Asian cuisines. If we go again we will try the sushi rolls - we will not be getting the Chinese selections again there. read more

2 HOURS for a caterpillar Maki after we watch 5 tables around us order sushi and receive it and pay and leave before we ever got our first plate. Kay our server admitted to us that one dish sat in the window the entire time while we never got the sushi. When we asked to speak with a manager she stated we couldn't and didn't understand why we were upset, we asked it be taken off but all she did was put a $10 coupon on the check which didn't even cover one of the dishes. I work just down the street from this restaurant, so although I've been for dinner once or twice, I have had their take-out lunch specials many times. They are around $10 and you get a miso or hot-sour soup, 3 pcs of a sushi roll, a choice or rice (or lo-mein), a decent sized main dish portion, a mini-salad (lettuce, carrots and ginger dressing) and a small amount of an appetizer. I think this is a great deal, it's a lot of food for 10 bucks and it's very tasty. The only one that I can't recommend is the "sichuan" (as their menu spells it) beef, and I highly recommend the New York Hibachi steak. They also have sushi lunch specials for a couple bucks more, but you get just sushi, a small salad and miso soup. Their sushi is pretty good though. Out of the 10 to 12 times I've been here, they've only really disappointed me twice (hence the 4 stars). One time they took ~50 minutes when they said 15 and I missed my lunch break. Another time they forgot to include my sushi. If you go here you will enjoy the food, but if you get pickup, make sure you give them some extra time and check the bag before you leave. read more

Overall the food is good and the service is great but I have one gripe that I have with most Asian restaurants...don't call a dish spicy on the menu if it's not gonna be spicy when it arrives at the table. Veggie rolls - not hot, pretty sure they were wrapped in stale pizza dough. I think my app was roast beef wrapped around some kind of crab grass - again luke warm. But my husband's pad thai...wow. If someone didn't make it in a shoe, than I'm a fisher cat. It smelled like...well...nast. Is nast a smell. It is now. In fact - go order it, just to say you smelled it. Needless to say I (and my husband - and he LOVES pad thai) actually stopped eating at that point. But we're idiots so we thought....ice cream? Why not! We didn't think we'd get a 4th strike in a row, because honestly what are the chances of that happening, and how can you really eff up ice cream. I'll tell you how. With special K. i found the Pad Thai very disappointing... it was basically a huge heap of straw-like noodles w/some cut up onions, scallions/green onions, peppers. i asked for the Tofu, which came in large 'blobs' and very soft and mushy; uncooked... there was some crushed peanuts; that for lack of better description, seemed like regurgitated peanuts...(sorry, but that's what it looked and tasted like) It did not come w/peanut sauce; i had to ask for that and pay additional...nor did it come w/hot sauce. This dish was nothing like i have ever had at other Asian restaurants.... i got this as a Take Out. It was the first time i had ever been in the restaurant...the atmosphere looked very pleasant -- However, the three women at the register / front desk were not so pleasant. One woman was in a very distracting outfit.... large busted, in a very revealing sweater... the other two were neither friendly, nor knowledgeable about the menu. Lastly, i thin the Pad Thai was WAY over-priced and lacked quality. i probably will not return there too soon. OR next time i will dine in and give the Sushi dishes a try... Bums me out...as i was looking forward to Pad Thai . i'm not sure what it is that i ate...i just know i will never order that at Karma again. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Came here for a date night tonight and was first disappointed when my drink tasted like cough syrup. To top it off, both my boyfriend and myself ordered the Pad Thai. It was inedible. The noodles were stringy and and the entire dish was 100% tasteless. I was a server for over 6 years and am appalled that no effort was made to comp anything off our bill and we paid $50 for food that we didn't even eat.
