Delicious food, great ambiance, and amazing service. I ordered takeout: -Kobe roll: $33, Shrimp tempura, Avocado, fried onion topped with seared wagyu beef , truffle aioli , poke sauce. Absolutely delicious. I would get this again. The flavors blend so well together and it's presented so beautifully -Crab Rangoon: (6) for $11. Plenty of crab in these! Crispy outside with an amazing cream cheese crab filling inside. I can't wait to try other dishes. The worker was at the door ready to give me my takeout order as I was walking in. A+++ service!

Had dinner with my family here on Easter and enjoyed a great meal. We made reservations for the five of us for an early dinner. It wasn't too crowded but eventually filled up more. Service was friendly and quick and we ordered a variety of appetizers and main dishes. I particularly enjoyed the scallion pancakes, sashimi, and chicken pad thai.

Oh Karma, my favorite sushi place I come here sooo often with my mom and we always leave in a better mood than when we walked in. They are consistently so good, and it's so beautiful inside. I always get the floral salmon, fusion maki with caviar, lemon basil salmon, or 6 course omakase. It's fantastic every single time. I'm so glad I have Karma Westford, the original!, right around the corner from me the staff here are so lovely and friendly, and they remember me from how many times I come here!! I love Karma and I'll never stop!

This place is amazing, everything is always such elevated quality from the avocados always being ripe to the tuna being perfect texture and freshness. We tried some new things tonight that were labeled "must have" the tuna tataki sashimi salad was amazing and I will get that next time as my entree, great ginger dressing, pretty big, definitely share if getting as an app. The crispy rice with spicy tuna and jalapeño was amazing too. Drinks are always perfect and well balanced. Our server Kathy was knowledgeable and attentive. Five stars all around!

This is my second time back and I was reminded why I came back. Whether it was was the amazing service, the food quality or the ambiance, it was an all around a great time. We ordered numerous of dishes and the only one I wasn't too keen on was the pineapple fried rice. It had a curry taste to it which took me by surprise. The salt and pepper spicy calamari app was probably one of the best ones I've had. It was nice and airy! Nothing like I normally would have them. The peking duck was a big hit at the table & you can substitute the pancake wrappers for actual baos with a surcharge. The phoenix sunrise sushi roll was impeccable! Thank you to our server who made the day so memorable for my fathers birthday! I believe his name was Aiden? Thank you again!

We frequent Karma A LOT. And for good reason. The food is consistently amazing. They have a huge front of house team and run like a well oiled machine. It's a favorite place for us - please expand into NH!!!

Had a great time at Karma a few days ago. The service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere was lively, and the food was delicious. My only complaint would be that the menu prices were expensive. The portions are a good size but I can't justify eating an $18 plate of sautéed pea shoots. That to me is crazy since it is just pea shoots pan fried! The restaurant is beautiful though with great decor. The background music played is very lively and it seems like there is a mixed list of cocktails offered. We ordered hot sake which only came in one size. I would come back here with friends or family next time because the restaurant has a great environment for groups of people!

We were able to get seats at the sushi bar and loved being able to see the sushi being made. The inside of the restaurant is very cool-looking, though it was a little less lit than your typical sushi place. The menu is extensive and has options for everyone, whether or not you feel like sushi. The cocktails were good and very pretty, and all of the food had a lovely display upon serving. There was an excellent balance of flavor in the two rolls we tried, and we had a lovely dinner.

Karma has set a new standard for me for Chinese restaurants. After a particularly bad experience at our previous local go-to we left mid-meal (story for another time/review), went here and never looked back. Everything about the place is practically flawless: food, drinks, ambience, and service. Peking dumplings: Not at all like the bland rubbery filling that is common. Memorably flavorful, garlicky, with enough texture so it doesn't fall out of the wrapper when you cut it. The wrapper is thin and perfectly fried to a golden brown. Egg rolls: I was never a fan but after trying these I'm a convert. Same with the pork fried rice: light, not greasy, vegetables that stand out. Spicy Bomb: a cold appetizer: Tuna wraps with scallop and eel, avocado, tobiko. A beautiful presentation. My only question is where's the scallop? Diced or thinly sliced perhaps? though the flavor suggested otherwise. I suspect they might have substituted yellowtail or a white fish. No matter - it was yummy. Kung Pao Shrimp: The vegetables were cooked just al dente, the shrimps were large, plentiful, with perfect texture. Light on the sauce - just right. Very hot and spicy! Yuen Yang Spicy Beef: They do beef right here. Carefully sliced to an even thinness, tender and no disagreeable fat. I used to avoid beef at Chinese because it tends to be randomly cut large chunks of chewy meat, not pleasant. Again, Karma sets a new standard for me. Accompanied by lots of green beans, perfectly tender. Again very hot and spicy! I'm sure sure they would gladly tone down the heat if you asked but I like it that way. Drinks: very strong and delicious. Not too sweet - even the mai tais. My first was a regular and my second was a "Man's Mai Tai". We (the waitperson and I) thought it was just a stronger version but that wasn't it. It had a curious new flavor that I couldn't identify but liked it. I'd love to know the meaning behind the name. The large cocktail selection uses many uncommon ingredients like yuzu, Gochuchang chili, shiso mint... I have to try all of them! Service is impeccable! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and there when you need them. The room is beautiful and modern, with impressive chandeliers and well-designed lighting, a mix of seating choices including tables, booths, high tables, and at the bar. Cloth tablecloths and napkins! Just one small television, mercifully situated at the bar where I didn't have to see it. Music was jazzy and "chill", turned down low so I was only really aware of it walking to the restrooms - which were clean and fully stocked. I feel I have to mention the prices. Karma is not cheap. This particular meal, which included 3 drinks between the two of us and enough food left over for a smallish lunch the next day, came to $138 before tips! The high prices and portions that seem slightly smaller than most Chinese restaurants may give pause. Is it justified? Great food and a great dining experience don't come cheap I guess. But for me, it is worth it. Some other things we've tried here on another visit that we really enjoyed: Garlic Chicken in Clay Pot. And the Pu Pu Platter; it taught me to actually like chicken fingers!

Karma restaurant shines bright in an area where good Asian restaurants are hard to find. Originally recommended by word of mouth, we continue to go back again and again and never leave disappointed. Every menu item that we have ordered has arrived hot and delicious and fast. The sushi artistry is fresh, full of flavor and will most certainly be appreciated by the most discriminating sushi connoisseurs. We.always have fabulous food here. Our takeout order (mostly sushi) tonight was simply fabulous. I really love this restaurant and encourage you to go when you can. Go for: dinner. Nice date night . But lunch is good too! Try: any sushi. Avoid: I had some very not impressive rangoons at some point - don't even know if they are still on the menu. read more

Whilst craving sushi, we wanted to try a new location, but still a place people raved about. I can definitely see Karma being one of those locations, we just chose the wrong types of sushi. The Phoenix Sunrise looked interesting, but had a pungent smell because of the candy crispy ginger. I liked it, but my cousin didn't. The other rolls I ordered were the Fire Dragon and Tiger Eyes which both had the spicy symbol beside them. Ironically, we're both very susceptible to spicy food, we tasted nothing of the sort with our orders. Even the spicy tempura volcano tasted more cheesy than spicy. My favorite dish was the Sushi Taco (we ordered the Pizza Taco, but talked through masks). Again, Karma is a great restaurant, you just have to find your roll! read more

First time back yesterday since renovations. New interior is gorgeous. The menu is also different now with a (what I think is) higher price point for dishes. I got their sushi lunch special which is pictured in my review. I will say I do miss their old option of a sushi lunch special- but this one is still tasty. Went with a party of 8, kid tripped on one of their chairs smashing his face on the corner of the wall in a very tight area in the front of the restaurant that causes two significant cuts resulting in stitches and stay in ER, 3 members of the party left Including the child in the beginning to middle of service but hey.. let's slap on a recommended 18 percent tip even though there was no attention given by staff. This is the second Asian restaurant that will seat the Asian people the worst table they have. There are many other tables but they take you to the one that will even block themselves. Funny! Is it because you don't get good tips from Asians, or you just wanna people to see you are busy? I would try one other time. If I got to be seated at the same table I'll never be back. Just like the other restaurant- they lost my business and my big tips. Talking about tips- they put extra take out orders in the same dining-in bill. So they do want more tips? Ah, also, we didn't get asked about the drinks and water was not served. read more

My wife and I went for the first time post-renovation (wth took so long?). We had amazing sushi - probably some of the best we've EVER had anywhere! Service was a little slow. Staff seem to be running around allot not doing anything. Prices are pretty high now. $100 sushi for 2 is pushing it when we didn't have any alcohol. BTW - could you guys update your website and post the current menu? Jeesh get your act together! read more

Karma deserves five stars however, at the beginning of 2023 they raise prices between 30 and 40% on many items is now difficult to exit a simple meal for under $100. There is no question that their food is excellent, but the lack of value forces their score down and has a seeking out other alternatives. read more

Are you ever going to re-open? Seems like it is a big secret. Good lunch selections. They have been closed for months to renovate. Their Facebook page says they will re-open mid August. Voicemail when I call says same. I called Karma in Andover to ask when they will open, "not sure". Too bad, this was a good lunch spot. read more

Karma is absolutely a place you should visit, if you haven't been there yet. The food is phenomenal, from your every day choices of "Chinese food" to some of the most delectable sushi in the area. The Tai Basil Spoons are incredible, try them once and you'll be hooked. Service is awesome, whether you are at a table or sitting at the bar and the decor is beautiful. read more

Karma is great, the food, service, and ambiance...but it only takes one team member to ruin all of the above. If a customer makes a mistake in understanding the menu or order, they shouldn't be proven wrong and laughed at but rather made to feel better about it or helped to reorder. The permanent staff have service perfected, they are all amazing but the tenets of good customer service are lost on the local college student who is only concerned with proving "she" (not the customer) is always right. read more

AMAZING food, great ambiance, and good service. The atmosphere is nice if you want to dress up a little for date night. The Mongolian Beef was cooked to perfection, the Garlic Chicken in the clay pot was also nice, especially since it stayed hot all night. Potstickers also tasted great. read more

A taste of Boston tucked away in a home town plaza. The food and drink is fantastic... A flavor for every palate. I haven't been back for years but lately been stopping by this place food is great service is good but today they try to seat me at the booth! Just had a injury with my back and I denied! Then they wanted to sit us at some little ass table! And told us we had 90 minutes.. how is that small table going to fit my food! There was sooo many damn seat!! Plus I hate the bamboo chair. Seems like they are targeting Asian! I always order a good amount of food and give good tip. We won't be back! No matter how grand the food is. Take my money else where. I think they want to be known for foreigners and serve and bow to them. Pretty pathetic! read more

We just did the sushi Love boat for four people and all of the sushi was fresh. The salmon was buttery. The tuna was firm. The rolls were done perfectly. We had to wait a bit at the door and there was a little bit of confusion there so we were delayed in getting our seats.... And the waitress was a bit delayed getting to our table, but we made the best of it. Next time we're here, I'm going to do some of the more Korean dishes, but the sushi is well recommended.

Once I had a taste of their food, I could see why! We started with the pork pan fried gyoza, one of the best I've had and full of flavor and a good amount of meat. Two chunks of lobster tail are in there with sliced scallops, some shrimps, and numerous squid pieces stir-fried with wide flat noodles in a mild egg white sauce. There's also large bok choys on the edges. It was for sure a top of the line birthday dinner, especially if you don't eat red meat and/or can't handle spiciness or sharing with someone with those preferences. I also had the Mongolian beef which tasted wonderful, flavorful, and tender. I also had a bit of the pad thai which had a really nice flavor, savory and kind of smoky. I wish they still allowed multiple flavors with smaller sizes but that's a thing of the past. If they were to add anything, a pool with lanes would be nice.

I saw they offered online ordering through Toast and ordered the Tofu Drunken Noodles ($14.95 plus tax) and the Massaman Curry with Tofu ($16.95 plus tax). My order was ready in about 12 minutes after placing my order in my vehicle outside the restaurant. I enjoyed my food back at the house. The Drunken Noodles had a mix of veggies (broccoli, green beans, carrots, red peppers, onions, baby corn), sprouts, egg, basil, and firm tofu pieces, soft chow foon noodles in a garlic chili sauce. The Massaman Curry had a mix of vegetables (carrots, green beans, onions, broccoli), potatoes, peanuts, in a hot massaman curry sauce in coconut milk. The side of white rice was a bit sticky, but otherwise good with the curry dish. I enjoyed half of the food and enjoyed the rest for lunch the next day. Our family of 3 dine at this restaurant atleast 3 times a month for last 5 years . We all love this restaurant for the food and ambience . As of Oct 1, 2022 they have hiked prices for all the menu items. I understand that with inflation all the prices of food items and labor have increased. But this restaurant has gone way overboard on their price increases. I am sorry to say that yesterday was my last visit to this restaurant as it does not make sense to pay close to 50% more for all the items. This is pure greed getting blamed on inflation. read more
