The staff is always very nice and welcoming, and their shisha flavor options are great. The upstairs lounge area has soft leather couches and tvs, and are dimly lit for a laid back atmosphere. There aren't any tables upstairs in the lounge, so you cant play cards or anything. The venue does have a fridge that offers various bottled beverages, and you can order hot tea as well. This venue is very open to people from all walks of life, and is not biased in any way. They do require the membership fee, which was a one time fee of $5 (may be $10). Hands down my favorite hookah place in the area.

I went on a Monday evening, and me and my friend were the only two patrons there. The entrance is…read moresketchy to be honest, but once you're upstairs, the room is spacious and well-ventilated. The street level is a hookah/smoke shop, and the door to the left, where the metal grate is, and the stairs behind it, that is the lounge. There's cool artwork on the walls. The sofas are a little beaten up, but you're not there to be fancy. The hookahs cost $25, which was good for the hookah we got, since it lasted for about 2 hours. The coals were changed once during that time. It did take a while between when we paid and placed our order, and the hookah actually coming out. I'd estimate it to be 30 minutes. It's dim inside, and the lighting is different colors. There are TV screens playing music videos, from top 40, pop, hip-hop, and Arab music. No real playlist, aside from YouTube. There are bathrooms, men's and women's. In the women's bathroom, there was no paper to dry your hands. A more upkeep there would be good, with supplies and cleaning. The temp was ok, but since the space is so large with high ceilings, I felt cold from time to time. Turning the heat up would be nice. The flavor we got was mint-peach or something like that; it was really good, and I'd get it again. Make sure you turn the coals and tap them off, it makes a huge difference in the smoke quality and smoothness.
