Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help.
