We were building a pool and needed a pool fence quickly. Katchakid came out within a couple days to give us a quote and we had the pool fence done within a couple of weeks. Everyone was friendly. The installers went over everything with us again before they got started to make sure we were all on the same page. The fence looks great and we are able to remove part of it or all of it if we want- and then put it back. We had an issue with one of the gates latching after a couple of weeks and they came out and fixed it pretty quickly. We are very happy and would use them again. read more

We had a net installed by this company in January. Right away we lost our pool service because evidently no pool company will take off your pool net to clean your pool. It's now six months later and our pool concrete is cracking around the drilled holes for said net - thus leaving us unable to use it and protect my child from drowning. Buyer beware: they are taking zero responsibility for their work and simply answered with "It's in the wavier that you signed that we are not responsible." While we recognize we signed a contract, the disappointing lack of customer service in warning us before drilling + additionally pointing out their liability in drilling when signing the contract would have been a tremendous courtesy considering the investment + safety precaution that the net is intended to provide. read more

Sales process was easy: Mason shared multiple pictures and videos showing every aspect of the net, every step of the installation process and some safety stats. Scheduling was easy and quick. First time in the history of scheduling the 8-10 window was truly that: the tech showed up at 8 am on the dot. Our technician - Carlos Miranda - was super nice and professional. Worked through the rain to get it all done. Took the time to explain how to put on and remove the net, even allowed me to take step by step video instructions which was super helpful. It did take me longer than the promised 10 mins to put the net on by myself but a) it was my first time and b) 8 months pregnant so moving a bit slower here lol. So far we haven't had any issues other than our 2 year old being pissed about not being able to get to the pool read more

I installed the pool cover 5 years ago and have been having a little trouble clipping all the side clips around the pool b/c of a little shrinkage. the guys came over and finished the job and showed me a couple of techniques to use and even offered to button up whatever I couldn't manage alone. when I have to install the cover again. anyway it used to be normal for companies to have this qua service and as we all know, it's not! this company was the exception to rule of bad service we see nowadays. read more

We purchased a katchakid back in 2008 (we think (maybe 2009), it's been a hot minute). we haven't used the net as our kids are older but have kept it on the side of the house to bake in the Arizona oven every summer.
