Won't be back! They not only did a poor job but rushed me then had the nerve to nickel and dime me. I also feel like they were talking about me. But, hell, I won't know they were speaking in another language. A fill in cost me $60 I did include a tip because I believe in tipping ppl in the service industry. My husband and I will only go to Kathy Nails for pedicures because they are expert at cutting ingrown toenails the proper way. We also LOVE the staff. Kim is hilarious and Kathy so nice. They are flexible and do a great job cleaning everything up and painting my nails. I get the gel and it lasts forever. Their prices are lower than most others and they usually throw in a little extra massage. read more

I wanted to give this place a better rating because they were so nice, however, the towels smelled like mildew, the lady that did my toes smudged them and the credit card machine was stolen so they told you AFTER you got your service that you would need to go to the ATM to get cash. I go in and it was good at first I want pedicure manicure and gel nail and she talked me into sns and I said ok But she didnt not tell I could get a manicure with the SMS well I really felt like my daughter painted my nail because my she did not cut my nails back,it looked not good so she had to start over and I told her I will do the gel nail,well she kept saying over and over it's your fault and half my fault and I just let it go because I thought she was not going to charge me for the job sns that I didnt want to begin with well I was nice and she also threw my hand down because she got mad at me and she Made me pay half for the job she messed up and of course the Gel no problem but making me pay half for you messing up well not cool read more

My nails chipped in 24 hours. Most strenuous thing I did during that time was hold my infant and make my bed. Wouldn't recommend.

Careless & hurried job- will not be back nor recommend to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money! I needed my nails manicured/painted for some pictures (should be a simple job for a professional salon, right?) and they maybe spent 10 hurried minutes on my nails because they had other people doing pedicures, which obviously earns them more money so I wasn't important to them. However I did have an appointment scheduled- I wasn't a walk-in. They did a little with mine and then rushed back to the other person- if you have an appointment, that shouldn't be the case. There should be time set aside already- isn't that the point of booking an appointment rather than walk-in?? They trimmed a little bit of the cuticles but did a half-assed job where a lot was left uneven and untrimmed and also made at least one bleed on the spot but ignored it and kept going really fast (my nails are short but not that bad otherwise) and excess polish was left around the nails too. I asked her to get this off and she did it for one nail and then rushed back to the other client. I asked her to fix a cuticle she missed and didn't do it or the other ones. I ended up having to try and fix these myself at home which I don't think you should have to do if you pay a nail salon. I showed this to people and they said "you got that done somewhere?" Because it didn't look like it. It looks like something I could do myself. If that's what it's going to look like at this place, it should be $5. They said to be careful with your nails before the pictures which I was- I basically did nothing but shower, eat carefully, and sleep. I forfeited doing my other activities/work for the day that would've involved shoving nails into stuff. Still with that, the nails chipped within a day- must've been super old polish is all I can think of. I was panicking before pictures when they chipped worse and I ended up washing the polish off and redoing it myself at home- after having spent money at this janky salon. I thought about calling and complaining but figured they will not do anything given how this had already gone at the salon itself. Waste of money. Go elsewhere. I don't know how this place has some decent reviews or if it's recently changed/become worse. They definitely didn't care, or want to take any time for me. Also, they didn't seem to sanitize stuff either- the nail polish brushes are used and put back in the bottle. It should be like when you get your makeup done where they use an alternate, one-time use mascara brush per person- not the reusable brush that goes into the bottle. Same idea with nail polish. I usually don't review places this badly but when I had this experience I felt others should beware! read more

I have been going to Kathy's for almost 7 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else!! Only true PROS here using high quality products that outdo the competition any day of the week. I'm no mathematician but every 2 weeks for 7 years and I've gotten cut twice!? That's an incredible track record!! Majorly important with all the diseases going around these days. Every other nail salon I went to cut me every other visit! At other places when I asked for pink and white there was only 1 person in the building that knew how to do it. On top of all that the atmosphere just doesn't compare to Kathy nails. You know that awkwardness where they just sit there and speak in another language, the WAM, BAM thank you ma'am, have to tell them to fix something they didn't do right and they look at you like you're from another planet. NOT at Kathy Nails!! They are the sweetest, most caring individuals ever! Hot stone pedicure is UNBELIEVABLE, and they do eye brows and lashes like you wouldn't believe!! Kathy nails truly is the best. They are not pushy and don't mind accommodating dislikes. Laid back atmosphere, nail fumes are not so strong you can't breath. I could go on and on for days about why this place is the best but you'll just have to go see for yourself. read more

I went here on a Saturday afternoon. They were pretty busy & I had to wait. But it was worth the wait! I got a pedicure, manicure & my eyebrows waxed. All for a great price and the service was great. I highly recommend Kathys nails! They will be my new go to! read more

I had a wonderful experience here, I had to get my nails done for engagement pictures. Not only did they graciously welcome me in and insist on doing my nails (when I unknowingly went there close to closing time), but they did a wonderful job. I got a pedicure and a manicure. They cleaned the pedicure tub immediately after I got out and were just, in general, kind to me. The finished product was good too, I'm going on my third week and my nails still look great! read more

I have been to "Kathy's Nails" several times for my nails and have been so pleased EVERYTIME. Today I had a mani-pedi. I have never had a pedicure as good as I did today. They add in the hot stones massage at no extra charge. Oh my gosh, she massaged my feet and I was in heaven. I didn't get her name but she was great! Thank You so much. Kathy did my nails, had to soak off tips and did gel polish. She was great, she took off the tips without sanding and not breaking my actual nails. Kathy made sure she shaped them the way I wanted.
