When I paid at the register after we were finished, I was rung up for more. I told the man the price I was given on the phone. He told me that was wrong. I explained about the call, the time I called, and the employee who took my call. This man interrupted me every time I spoke. I told him to stop interrupting me so I could finish what I was saying. He did after that. I gave him the phone call information asked him to see who might have taken my call. He finally just rung me up for the price given to me over the phone. I will never visit that place again. On a lesser note, many of the pedi chair coverings could be replaced. Many were worn and ripped. But the employees working on us were very nice.

At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment. I walked in and the salon was dark and dusty looking. Against my instincts, I stayed for my service. Once the soak off was complete, the tech gave me a book with samples to pick my color and then he had me hold onto it until he was ready to polish. When doing the filing, buffing, etc, he nicked my skin several times. I pointed out that he filed my nails unevenly, the entire right hand looked very slanted. He filed the thumb a bit but it was still totally off. Throughout all of this, the salon kept the news on with the volume up... in this political atmosphere that's a bold choice. The lady who did my nails was super sweet, gentle, and did a wonderful job. I love my nails, and the color is amazing (shown in the provided photo). The conversation was flowing, the workers have amazing chemistry, and they are personal individuals, which makes the environment comfortable. The salon was beyond clean with a cozy feeling to make you feel relaxed. I have already recommended this salon to my sister, but I will most definitely come back. Also, the price was beyond reasonable and affordable.
