I don't like taking max to the groomers because I wouldn't see him for 6-8 hours and most of that time he's all caged up. So I'm glad I was able to connect to Katie and her services! Communication: it was an easy communication with her via Instagram since that is how I was able to find her. Service: she did an amazing job with the cut! I know Maxwell is difficult when it comes to shaving & he was matted in his private areas. Usually previous groomers would cut Maxwell but I didn't see any cuts at all during this session. Wow! What great service!! Katie is an absolute doll and professional! From the get go, Katie was on top of communicating; from pricing to scheduling to what to expect during service. She also made sure to keep us updated via text for her arrival time. Our two corgis absolutely loved her! Katie has a great friendly demeanor and you can tell she really loves animals. Our senior dog can be a little bit particular because but he came back incredibly happy and looking handsome. Our other dog can be very apprehensive of new people and situations but Katie earned his trust right away and we now have two very handsome looking corgis with well trimmed corgi butts! Very disappointed in the service we received today. My cat now looks ridiculous-| could've done a better haircut and I'm not a trained groomer. I don't get him groomed too often because it stresses him out. I have to wait for this cut to grow in and get it fixed by someone else. There are spots were Katie dug into his skin and didn't bother to fix how uneven it is. I paid $125 for a horrible lions cut. I suspect she is very new and not well trained. The fact that she keeps going on about old skin and a bath is ridiculous. Before Katie started I mentioned that he's been cut in the past and she obviously dug the blade into him a few times. My cat has never gotten a bath in the past and has had great haircuts. He will not tolerate a bath. I was saving her by having her not to do one. My mistake for trusting her and giving her a generous tip before inspecting his haircut. No skill went into this haircut-she was obviously moving fast and ready to start her weekend. read more

i found katie through a local community group when i was looking for a pet groomer to make a house call to trim the nails of my sweet pup. when i met her, i was surprised to see how comfortable my dog felt with her right off the bat. she went up to katie with no hesitation and had a little bit of a tail wag. katie gave her some pets and they were off to the van for the nail trim! when they were back, ginger didn't seem stressed out at all and i could tell that katie made the effort to make her feel comfortable before trimming her nails. im so grateful to have found katie and i look forward to her coming back to trim gingers nails on the future! read more

Katie is the real deal!! I found Katie through my Residents of Irvine group and she did not disappoint! It was easy to schedule nail appointments for my two nervous chiweenies and she sent over a digital consent form via text. It was all very efficient and fast! She arrived with her super nice mobile sprinter van that looked like it had everything you need for a proper grooming. We didn't do a full grooming this time but a nail trim. She was so friendly and my dogs seemed to like her even after the trim (which says alot). Their nails looked and felt great (sometimes after petsmart grooming they are sharp but not this time). Her prices are great and so worth it to provide my dogs a calm low stress environment for their grooming. I think it took only like 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Katie! So glad to have found Katie's Cuties! I took my golden doodle to a fancy dog spa for her first grooming. She was so anxious about the process that she got diarrhea and the staff made me feel very uncomfortable and implied not to bring her back. I searched for days to find a different groomer but nobody was taking new dogs and if they could add another dog, I would have to commit to grooming every 2 weeks because of the breed & the maintenance needed for their hair. I found Katie and she came to my house with her mobile van to meet my 2 girl dogs. They loved her! And, no diarrhea! It was such a different experience. Katie pulls her van up to my garage and while one dog is getting groomed, the other watches the van until her sister comes out. There are no cages and no sounds of several other dogs barking next to them in the spa facility. My dogs were groomed yesterday and one of them is 7 weeks pregnant (puppies are due at 8 weeks!) and Katie was so gentle with her and let her rest during the grooming because it is hard to stand when you have a belly full of puppies. I completely trust Katie grooming my preggo. My other dog is a 60+ pound teddy bear doodle that is very spoiled and can act like a defiant toddler sometimes. Katie is so great with her and can deal with her big personality. When my puppies are done with grooming, they look and smell amazing! Not all groomers know how to cut doodles hair and keep them from matting and Katie has the experience to groom doodles the way you want them to look. The convenience of having a mobile groomer come to your house is awesome because I can keep working while she is in my driveway with the puppies. You will pay more than the big box pet supply stores, but it is worth paying a little more for a stress-free environment and having your dog look sensational!
