Realize for some people it will be okay but not for me. Large restaurant so It could hold a good crowd during the lunch rush i am sure. I don't usually write reviews in these cases. This was an exception. I had a Turkey sandwich boxed meal. It's pretty much what you would expect - sandwich, chips, pickle, cookie. Sandwich and chips were good. Then the cookie... good Lord, my entire 25 years on this Earth flashed before my eyes (in a good way). It was a soft chocolate chip cookie. As you hold it on your hand, the cookie almost feels as if it's going to collapse on itself. That's how soft it is. First bite quickly became second bite quickly became third bite and before I knew it, the cookie was gone. That cookie was so damn delicious. I feel like there's a good chance that there was a stick's worth of butter in that cookie. Don't let that stop you from achieving pure happiness. Remember that I had a pickle in my boxed meal? Yeah, I traded it for another chocolate chip cookie. Easiest deal in my life. My thoughts after eating that second cookie, "what a chump" and I don't regret it at all. Greed had taken over. After the lecture was over, I went back to that lecture hall. I had saw that someone left their chocolate chip cookie. Not sure what was wrong with that person. I prayed that it would still be there. So I purposely came back just to see if that delight was still there. It was. The good Lord answered my prayers. I ate that cookie. I was happy. I'm still happy as I think about those three cookies. I'd literally order something after leaving work and drive a short distance just a couple minutes through 2 streets. My sandwich would be ready for pickup when reaching the window. While this doesn't allow much time for detailed interaction, their customer service is still always appreciative. I've ordered quite a few subs or clubs and I'm happy to share that they've been consistently doing a great job wrapping and packing neatly. Tasty sammies that are never skimpy are my fave options. Employee's handling money and preparing food without washing hands. Equipment with grease build up and generally a dirty kitchen. Hoped this place had improved in the 6 months since our last visit. Unfortunately it's gone further downhill. I'd avoid this obviously mismanaged location. Looks like absentee owners who don't care enough to keep it clean and enforce health regulations. Just my opinion.
