Raptor actually put two rusted, warped rotors on my truck without my permission. They never told me that this is what was needed. I was informed that they had to make sure that they found the best parts that were precisely calibrated for my truck because anything else would cause damage. Well, guess what? This is fresh writing on this rotor and there has not been any other work done to this truck since I got it last year. I am furious that they took $1600 of my hard-gotten money and gave me crap!!! Raptor Transmission warped the spindle which holds the rotor evidently when they were removing it from the rear end! This is causing my tire to shake and causing the rattling noises, the scraping sounds, and causing the brake pedal to jump up and down when I try to apply the brakes. Dangerous!!!! I found out that the spindle fits inside the rear wheel axel and there is no way to see if it is good or bad because you have to drop the cover and it's surrounded by a lot of fluid. Also, my gear shift has to be replaced because there is too much "play" in it when shifting which wasn't an issue before they got it. The gear shift has to come from the dealership as it is not sold in Auto parts stores! Was this worth $1600? I think not and I want my money back!!!!
