I was excited to try this spot! It took wayyyy too long to actually find their new location though. While we were trying to find it, I called them but they didn't answer. Instead, they texted me with an automated message and said they couldn't answer the phone because they were busy with a customer. A few minutes after that text we finally found them and sure enough there were 2 ladies at the counter ordering like 20 kombuchas. Half the time I stood there they were just trying to decide which kombuchas to get. Also as far as I could see there were 2 workers and one was just dallying around. Like someone could have answered the phone is my point!!! The interior of the store is nice and they have sooo many cute things to buy. I ordered the green drink with ginger and my friend ordered the green drink with pineapple. Hers was much sweeter but they were both pretty good. Just not sure if it was worth the effort to find this place. If you are next to a Kauai juice place you should try it! But don't waste time looking all around for one. read more

I got a pint of Akala and Starburst. AMAZING. They are $11 each and I believe they are a pint. I think they are spendy, but 180% worth every penny. This is my treat, and I'm obsessed with them. From following them on IG, I knew I had to stop here to check them out. Upon stopping here, there's a cluster of shops and a yoga studio in a peaceful community. Very hippy, very me. It's not a big shop, there were 3 of us standing and it was the right amount of space to turn and look at the dry merchandise (spices, honey, bottles, reusable utensils..) There's a fridge of premade foods in reusable glass containers, a freezer with frozen bone broth. The pressed juices and booch is behind the counter where the lovely staff can help you with. My stop was for a grab-n-go snack. I got the Sexy Baby Maker milk and the kelp noodles. I really enjoiyed the milk. And the noodles were so good, I was inspired to make them at home. I love the whole concept of reusable jars and containers and utensils! Too bad we don't have something like this on Oahu. I know I will be reusing these containers! There is a reason why I boycott this place for a long time and then go back to try it again. Here are my reasons for the boycott: First you never had to pay sales tax if you paid with cash. Eventually they started charging sales tax even when paying with cash. Okay, fine, whatever. The bottle return credit. You would get 0.50 cents for your regular size bottle and all the other sizes o it 0.25 cents. Which never made sense, since there are like four different sizes. I feel like you regular sizes juice bottle credit should have been more then worked your way to 0.25 once you got to there to go shot bottles. However, now, all return bottles are only a 0.25 credit no matter the size. They have increased the cost of their juices by 0.50 cents and charge tax. I mean I know you squeeze juice out of produce but how much more do you need to squeeze out of us customers. Looks like I'll be boycotting again for a long time until they actually give back something better to their customers and community. read more

Wow, we really loved this place. I think we came two or three times throughout our four days in Kauai! The employees were super friendly and let us try some juices when we couldn't decide what we wanted. Overall we tried a "hot shot," some fermented noni juice, the orange crush, one of the green juices, and a kombucha. We also brought home a bottle of their terrific hot sauce and some local chocolate. I told my boyfriend that when the hot sauce runs out, we are due for a trip back to Kauai, so hopefully I'll be back here soon! read more

There's a strong health-conscious and nature loving community in Kauai and fresh, cold pressed juice does exist outside of Los Angeles. I felt right at home at Kauai Juice Co. This is my second time coming to this establishment. First time was in 2015 and since then, the shop expanded into the next store lot and I've seen Kauai Juice Co carried in Kauai's major supermarkets! This is wonderful and more accessible for when I can't make it to the store. It was a hot day and I wanted something tropical and refreshing and something I can't get back in LA. Omega This was my answer. Omega This - Dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, soursop, chia seeds. (Soursop tastes like a strawberry and pineapple) It was the perfect balance of sweet and sour and quenched my thirst. Note: You must be okay with chia seeds floating in your drink. I would LOVE to have easy access to the island's tropical fruits in my drinks. I'll just have to hold out until I come back to Kauai. read more
