He tried once again today and was put on hold, transferred to different people, hung up on as well. The last person that he was transferred to as she was putting him on hold again asked the first lady which is sitting next to her said why did you transfer him to me!!!!! Wow such Unprofessionalism at its best!!!!!!!!! He will NEVER USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NOT AS WELL!!!!!!! He prescribed drops that did not work. Being unhappy with this visit, I went to another practice down the street. Saw an ophthalmologist who prescribed a different drop that work within a day. The real kicker, my bill from this office was double the fee of the second office where I actually saw an ophthalmologist. Do not recommend this practice!

Personally, if you take the job to be the front receptionist at the counter you should have that cheerful welcoming attitude. you're the first face people see when they come in. you set the reputation of the place. Outside of that, the doctors and staff are efficient and very kind. It's a shame that when you first walk in the first impression of this place is not good because of the front staff. The only other thing i'd add is more seats, it gets crowded.

Never saw the doctor 'cause I walked out of office. As I waited for my appointment an older man…read morewith a walker and oxygen tank walked in and sat down next to me. I heard him tell his friend and helper that he earlier cancelled his appointment because he wasn't feeling well, but that he called back and spoke with someone that told him just to walk in and that he would be seen. He was there to be seen for hip surgery. The receptionist, knowing the man's condition, made him get up and walk to her instead of walking 12 feet to the lobby to speak to him. He did so in obvious pain and breathing difficulties. She told him that she didn't know who told him to come in, but that he couldn't be seen and had to reschedule an appointment. He couldn't believe it. He explained that he was assured to be seen, and that it was very difficult getting ready and getting to the office. He was distraught and almost in tears. This exchange went on for several minutes, until I heard enough and interjected. I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment and give the slot to him, only to be told that I couldn't because I had an appointment as a new patient. I thought that this was absurd, and told the receptionist to cancel my appointment and that I will see another doctor. As I left the office I said in a voice loud enough that every patient could hear, "There is no compassion here. Absolutely no compassion!" Just before I stepped out the door an old man in a wheelchair said that he had already been waiting for 2 hours past his appointment. So I guess I'll never know how good the doctor is. I'll never see him!

He talked to me about a lense that I could use, where problably I'll never need glasses or contacts again and I took his advice. I recommend Brandon Eye associates to anyone ,and specifically Dr Fisher. You won't be disappointed.
