We ordered three, although mine was overwhelmingly sweet. The real issue was the customer service. We came here because we love the brand and have always enjoyed the coffee, but the woman working behind the counter seemed unhappy that customers had even walked in. She was so rude to my wife and daughter that I was genuinely appalled. We spent $39 on three drinks and a donkey magnet, and even left a generous tip, only to be treated as though we were unwelcome. This is something management will want to address. Unfortunately, we will not be back.

Lovely local spot for great coffee…read more This very nearby where we were staying. We popped in, joined the line (it is popular!), and ordered 2 coconut ice coffees (one with cream, one without). They have these prepared to pour and serve so it was super fast and $5 each. The cream really brings out the coconut but both were great and well priced for larges. Perfect to go down to the beach with straight from there.

My husband ordered a double espresso and house drip, according to him, it was phenomenal. We also ordered bagel sandwiches, sausage and egg and the lox bagel, hold the onion. Delicious again. Naturally, I did not pick up the order. The cashier then walked over and said this is your drink to me and said macadamia nut latte. The barista told her it was a vanilla latte. So the cashier looked confused. Then took the drink away then a minute later came back with the exact same cup and said here's your mac nut latte. The barista looked confused. I was over it and just took it. The drink was great. I didn't taste much vanilla or macadamia. There was great coffee flavor. But then I realized there was barely any coffee and just mostly ice. For $8 it was a massive rip off. If you're okay with that kind of cost definitely try it. Whatever you get will probably be good. Just gotten be open minded.

I always make a point to stop by when I'm in Maui, and if I'm not there, I ask my sister to bring me back beans when she visits. I was genuinely excited to visit in person this time, pick some up, and some to give as gifts. Unfortunately, the service completely missed the mark. I stood at the register for quite a while while one employee was grinding beans and another was stocking milk, and neither acknowledged me. The employee grinding beans saw me, then turned back to her work without saying anything. Another made direct eye contact and walked away. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. As someone with a background in hospitality, I know how much small moments of service matter. A simple acknowledgment would have made all the difference. Although I've been a big fan of their coffee, the experience was disappointing enough that I ended up leaving without buying anything.
