It is what it is. It's locate in a warehouse building in a business plaze because it's just a Venues & Event Spaces and not a restaurant, so they do not serve food or drinks here. However, we had arranged caterings to bring the food in, and we brought wines and cocktails which their staff helped serving them. So basically it is what it is, a very simple empty space which you can make what you can make of it. I am not sure the management provided the backgrounds and curtains as they looked simple but nice. The IT staff brought in the screen for presentations and the loud speakers for music and announcements. As the meeting getting to the end, I felt it went smoothly and thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I thought was parking could be a challenge. If you plan to have a large group of people attending a event here, there will not be enough parking spaces in front of the building. Your guests may have to park out in the back and walk around the building to get in.

Although steak definitely makes sense with a wood fire concept, instead we tried the lamb rack served with a mint sauce combo that has you cleaning the plate and local pompano served curry lite with wild mushroom (delish)! This time we tried the grilled asparagus, the grilled baby bok choy with pork belly and gorgonzola (our favorite), the luncheonette burger with crispy fries, the double cut pork chop with grilled cabbage and pickled mustard seed, and the waygu lamb (I know, a lot of food!). Everything was fantastic but the burger initially came out a bit undercooked (we ordered it medium) so they cooked it a bit more and quickly brought it back. I thought the lamb wagyu was a bit light on the meat, the pork chop was amble and laid out nicely on the plate. We also tried the watermelon tequila drink (very refreshing and not too sweet), an old fashioned, and they have a good list of wines. We love the big cube in cocktails. I don't know how they got them to be so clear. The bar tender was great and the cooks were working very hard. The owner always comes by to say hello and chat. Second Rodeo varies the menu.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout the day, making sure our group had everything we needed. Despite the size of our party, service remained friendly and efficient. A special shout-out to the first DJ of the day, who absolutely set the tone for the event. The music selection was excellent, with a great mix that appealed to both the younger crowd and the adults. He kept the energy up without it being overwhelming and created a fun, upbeat atmosphere that everyone enjoyed. The venue offered a great balance of entertainment, food, drinks, and social space, making it a perfect location for a celebration with guests of all ages. Banana Boat -- Boynton Beach (3 stars) Surf & Turf Nachos…read more-- $21 -- "The Mirage Nacho" I only review nachos. That's the whole thing. So I can't tell you about the waterfront, the 40-plus years Banana Boat's been serving Boynton, or the rest of the menu, which, for the record, looked legitimate. I'm here for one plate. The Surf & Turf Nacho sounds incredible on the menu. Filet mignon and shrimp. That's how they get you to $21, and I paid it. Here's what showed up. The filet retired its number after only a few appearances. On a $21 surf-and-turf nacho, the turf scored early and then vanished like a witness in a mob movie. The shrimp came in bigger numbers but arrived whole and uncut, and nobody in that kitchen asked the one question that matters: how does a whole shrimp sit on a nacho chip? It doesn't. It sits on top looking decorative while the chip underneath has an identity crisis. And where would this be without mentioning my old nemesis. Beans. They don't belong on nachos. Ever. If you're using them, you're just trying to make the plate bigger. Maybe you need a big lifted truck too. This isn't a surf-and-turf nacho. It's a nice thought. A dish designed to impress on paper, justify a price, and get photographed; Not to really be eaten as a nacho. It was also a small portion overall. I finished it, but that's not the achievement it sounds like. Finishing a $21 nacho because there wasn't much of it is not a win. It's literally the complaint. Credit where it's due, because I'm not here just to swing: * The queso was actually melted. After a long run of unmelted shredded-cheese disasters around here, that matters. * The guacamole was generous and well made. * It arrived hot, eight minutes out. That counts. * The flavor was genuinely decent. Everything present tasted fine. The problem was what was present, and how little of it there was. The Fork Rule was violated immediately. Rectangular plate, whole shrimp, oversized store-bought chips, everything arranged for the camera. This was never getting eaten with your hands, which means it was never really a nacho. Verdict: 5/10 -- The Mirage Nacho. It looked great on the menu. It tasted decent on the plate. It just wasn't a nacho. The flavor is the only thing keeping it out of the basement. Funny story...My buddy came to visit Delray Beach as we walked along the downtown area I pointed at…read morea storefront business that said Best Coffee in Delray affixed the the glass window in bold white letters. I thought that this was the name of the place. At the time, the front glass door was fully ajar and did not notice the name Bartolo's Cafe affixed in small white print. So of course we went inside to investigate and met the friendly chatty barista Maria from Serbia. We browsed the connected cigar room which was filled with various loose Nicaraguan cigars and gift sets. Cigars for purchase only, no smoking inside. The café consisted of a coffee bar with assorted wine bottles and modern decor. Maria explained that the name of the business is Bartolo's Cafe but does have "The Best Coffee in Delray" offering an array of specialty coffees. The gender assigned bathroom was clean with wood panel flooring and black swirly lined abstract designed wallpaper. The Sommarbo rattan wrapped wall mirror was a nice touch too. On this visit, never got the chance to find out if the coffee was the best in Delray but did fall for the marketing gimmick and happily took away a memorable experience.
