My primary referred me here due to my acne. I saw Rachel Bak 3 times and had very little improvement in my skin. She always thought my skin was just fine and recommended less is better. While I understand the theory behind that, I've tried less but my skin still looks terrible. I was really hoping for better results. I had another dermatologist prior to here but my insurance changed and I could no longer go there. The other doctor was able to get my skin to look flawless. It started off with dermatological problems and then skin cancer, which Dr. Kay took good care of, and as I got older, I discovered how talented the team was with cosmetic procedures. I got my eyelids done by Dr. Kay, and he did a fabulous job. I look so much better! I later started getting injectables (Botox and fillers) and laser peels from Alia. She is amazing as well.
