The spring on a necklace clasp broke, and I wanted to find a local place for the repair. This is a…read moregreat little location in Helena, so it was very convenient. I learned they've been in business for over 35 years, with most of it in Hoover. I was offered a couple options for repair, and having chosen a the same type of spring ring clasp, the repair took only a few minutes. I enjoyed chatting with the owner for a few minutes. They made sure to clean the repaired piece, and they even cleaned my own rings while I waited. Super service and a great option instead of the big jewelry store chains, and much closer for me! Note: I purposely didn't include any pictures of the interior, etc. I also didn't want to include pictures of any inventory that I wasn't purchasing. I want the owners to be able to share that if they are comfortable. If I had purchased something more interesting than a clasp, I would have been happy to post it. Just know that you will not be disappointed with your shopping experience or any pieces you may select.

There are so many earrings so many rings they do have a lot of jewelry. There's also lots of household items, clothes for all ages, lots of books and purses. It's not always easy to get a good pick-up time, but when I've been to do a pick up, there are never more than three cars (including mine) even though there are 10+ spaces available. If you can't get a pick up time BEFORE NOON, best to wait until another day unless there are things you cannot do without. Even with allowing substitutions, items that were in stock that morning have an ever increasing chance of being out of stock by the time they pull your order. Also know that there are items that are definitely in stock in the store that they will not offer/allow for pick up at all, which kind of defeats the purpose of wanting pick up. (Like standard grocery items that don't even show as out of stock, they've just apparently pulled them from the option pool for pick up at all.) The four-stars are solely for the staff who work the grocery pick up. They're usually very young, and always friendly and helpful. I'm impressed with how they've adapted. Otherwise, Walmart in general is a solid three-star. **Even in better times** they seem to be out of random things, and it can be frustrating. You can go in for the most off-the-wall thing, and they are somehow always out of the primary reason for your shopping trip that day.

The selection is endless, the service is above and beyond and each associate is knowledgeable and goes far beyond what we've encountered at some other boutiques. I've driven all over Alabama, from north Florida to just outside of Atlanta in search of just the right piece to suit her, so value when we can find it is always a plus. Jenn was our salesperson on this occasion and bent over backward to find exactly what we were looking for! We even left with a new interview outfit for a future pageant and, of course, jewelry to match it all...not to mention it is SO nice to have them local so I don't have to drive for fittings that cover the southeast anymore!
