I learned they've been in business for over 35 years, with most of it in Hoover. I was offered a couple options for repair, and having chosen a the same type of spring ring clasp, the repair took only a few minutes. I enjoyed chatting with the owner for a few minutes. They made sure to clean the repaired piece, and they even cleaned my own rings while I waited. Super service and a great option instead of the big jewelry store chains, and much closer for me! Note: I purposely didn't include any pictures of the interior, etc. I also didn't want to include pictures of any inventory that I wasn't purchasing. I want the owners to be able to share that if they are comfortable. If I had purchased something more interesting than a clasp, I would have been happy to post it. Just know that you will not be disappointed with your shopping experience or any pieces you may select.

There are so many earrings so many rings they do have a lot of jewelry. There's also lots of household items, clothes for all ages, lots of books and purses. I stopped in this location last night with my husband to get a small band to wear for a small…read moreperiod of time. Something super small and dainty. Nothing fancy since I have a very nice Neil Lane set I currently cannot wear since I've lost weight and they are coming off. I have a warranty for the rings which will cover them being resized but to hold on to the integrity of the ring, I'd like to get to my goal weight, then have the rings resized (not that any of this should matter). I mentioned a rose gold band (not married to the idea) around $100 since I literally saw on online for $99. The manager was incredibly rude about it. I had to let her know it was an option. It was online. The crazy part is I just wanted something small. It didn't have to be rose gold. It could have been sterling silver. This would only be for a small season. She was condescending, rude and the whole thing was uncalled for. To the point where I told her my husband and I would just go somewhere else. They were dead and we were the only people there. It would have been a small sale but it would have been a sale. Now they will lose all future sales from us and we will be closing our Kay card due to the lack of professionalism and just rudeness. We went down the street and purchased a ring within 20 minutes of being there. Someone else got the sale and will get our future business because of one persons unwillingness to even try and accommodate our request.

In these new times, Walmart is one of the few grocery stores that do online ordering and curbside…read morepickup, and it is much appreciated. It's not always easy to get a good pick-up time, but when I've been to do a pick up, there are never more than three cars (including mine) even though there are 10+ spaces available. If you can't get a pick up time BEFORE NOON, best to wait until another day unless there are things you cannot do without. Even with allowing substitutions, items that were in stock that morning have an ever increasing chance of being out of stock by the time they pull your order. Also know that there are items that are definitely in stock in the store that they will not offer/allow for pick up at all, which kind of defeats the purpose of wanting pick up. (Like standard grocery items that don't even show as out of stock, they've just apparently pulled them from the option pool for pick up at all.) The four-stars are solely for the staff who work the grocery pick up. They're usually very young, and always friendly and helpful. I'm impressed with how they've adapted. Otherwise, Walmart in general is a solid three-star. **Even in better times** they seem to be out of random things, and it can be frustrating. You can go in for the most off-the-wall thing, and they are somehow always out of the primary reason for your shopping trip that day.

The selection is endless, the service is above and beyond and each associate is knowledgeable and goes far beyond what we've encountered at some other boutiques. I've driven all over Alabama, from north Florida to just outside of Atlanta in search of just the right piece to suit her, so value when we can find it is always a plus. Jenn was our salesperson on this occasion and bent over backward to find exactly what we were looking for! We even left with a new interview outfit for a future pageant and, of course, jewelry to match it all...not to mention it is SO nice to have them local so I don't have to drive for fittings that cover the southeast anymore!
