When I showed him verification of the price of the ring I wanted at a reputable jeweler downtown, he berated me that the other store was too cheap and not as high quality as them. Not exactly the service and demeanor you'd like to receive when spending a large sum of money. On the contrary, the jeweler downtown gave me a complimentary dinner at Soto and happy hour at Nada for my business - along with a premium ring. Genesis Diamonds has lost my business forever and I have referred many of my friends to the downtown jeweler who have been really happy with them!
