Although my fiancé and I are professionals we're prudent/frugal so I didn't know if we'd fall into the "just another number" category. Cindy met my fiancé first as I was running behind and then locked myself out of my house and car. Cindy was so patient and helpful to my fiancé the entire time. When I arrived they had options ready to go and she didn't make me feel rushed not one minute. The owner even came out and had a quick and kind exchange with us. We ended up getting the exact ring we came for and then were able to ask Taylor about designing a ring. Taylor was another knowledgeable and skilled employee who wrote down some quick sketches and promised an email before the holiday. We left excited, accomplished and confident in their ability to design our perfect ring. Less than 24 hours later we had designs emailed to us that were all so gorgeous and had the elements we wanted! First ring was resized same day as well talk about efficient! Definitely impressed with the creativity and attention to detail! We are looking forward to finishing the process and know who we'll be coming to from now on and referring to anyone who asks! I only purchase when I feel time is right, and in those three years I've purchased only three times. And yet every time they greet me with a smile! That's the way to build a business relationship. And when things go wrong? I was recently given the wrong box for a watch I purchased at closing time. (I got the watch all right, just the wrong box.) It was resolved before opening the next day. They are a family run shop who fixes jewelry, repairs watches, and sells engagement rings, estate jewelry and high end watches. They also have catalogues where you can custom make a piece.
