I was there last Saturday afternoon after the lunch crowd was gone heading back from Rochester. I topped off the gas tank and was hungry. So I park and head inside. It's not a big place. Several tables on one side and the bar on the other. I grab a seat on the end at the bar. The waitress comes over and I order a cup of coffee and look at the menu she provided. I'm pretty hungry not eating anything that day so far. I decide on the breakfast special ( 2 eggs any style and home fries). I add toast and bacon. Eggs over medium. The coffee is pretty good. I'm looking at traffic patterns in my phone, checking out the weather. Food arrives pretty quick and the plate is covered. Toast is fresh, home fries and good, bacon crispy and eggs cooked to order. The coffee gets refilled and I'm enjoying every bite. I like the old school diner vibe with the fresh coffee and diner style foods. I am finished and quite full with an excellent meal. I get the check and it's pretty cheap. She gets a good tip, I'm done with the coffee and out the door. I have been going past for maybe 20 years and stopped now twice. I think it will be a regular stop on my way to Rochester back and forth granted they're open. I think they're closing for a few weeks in August, just be aware. If you like the diner vibe and a good meal that won't break the bank, it's worth a visit. Yeah...where is Dillsburg? Rt 15 N/S in Pennsylvania. Google maps is a help.

My order came out in good time and was hot. Yes this place is old and is dated. The place looks clean. You may have to watch their hours. They have changed on weekends. I do recommend this place On value and service .

I've passed Watershed Pub a million times and never stopped, so when I met a friend for lunch, it…read morefinally felt like the right time to check it out. Naturally, I had already done my due diligence (read: stalked the menu for a full week) and had a game plan. At the top of my list? The deviled eggs and the Kale Caesar salad with salmon. The only problem...I absolutely did not need $40 worth of food for lunch. So I quietly spent the week putting "deviled egg energy" out into the Universe, hoping my lunch partner would suggest splitting them. Manifestation is real, people. I arrived around 12pm and found plenty of parking out back in Watershed's designated lot, which is clearly labeled--a good thing, because parking in that area looks like it could get competitive if you're not paying attention. We had made a 12:15pm reservation (Monday lunch felt safe, but why risk it?), and our table on the enclosed patio was ready when we arrived. It was the perfect setup--sunny and bright, but still warm enough to be comfortable on a chilly day. The vibe was great, and our server was even better--friendly, attentive, and consistently checking in without being overbearing. Then it was time to order. I let my lunch partner go first and waited... "Do you want to try the deviled eggs as an appetizer?" Are you kidding me?!. YES. Yes, I did! We ordered the deviled eggs ($11) to share, and I followed through with my Kale Caesar salad ($15) topped with seared salmon (+$13), officially completing my week-long menu-stalking mission. The deviled eggs came out FAST, and in my excitement, I completely forgot to take a picture--which tells you everything you need to know. Each egg was topped with a cube of candied bacon that absolutely stole the show. Sweet, savory, and just the right texture to complement the creamy filling. We made quick work of all four--excellent start to the meal! Not long after, our lunches arrived, and my salad? Gorgeous. Like, actually exciting to look at. I dug in immediately and it delivered. The mix of shaved brussels sprouts, kale, and romaine gave it great texture, the dressing was well-balanced, and the red onion didn't overpower the rest of the flavors. But my favorite part? The garlic parmesan crouton crumble. No chasing rogue croutons around the plate--just perfectly distributed crunch in every bite. Genius! The portion size was generous, too--I made it through about half before calling it and boxing the rest for dinner later. By the time we were wrapping up, the enclosed patio had filled up significantly, which tells me this is a popular lunch spot--and for good reason. The food is solid, the atmosphere is great, and the service was spot on. That said...$40 for deviled eggs, a salad and water is a bit steep for an everyday lunch. For me, this feels more like a "treat yourself," client meeting, or special occasion kind of place rather than a regular rotation spot. Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I be casually popping in every week? Probably not. But those deviled eggs? Totally worth manifesting!

Not sure what was happening with staffing. It took a while to get menus and even longer to get our order put in. The waiter did check in on us to apologize for the long wait but it took over an hour to get our food. We saw other people waiting forever too and next to us, they were frustrated waiting a long time just to get their bill to pay. Another party had a woman finally flag down a waiter telling them no one has even taken their order. Where was upper management? It's not necessarily the waiters fault. Are they over-seating for short staff? The kitchen isn't keeping up with the orders, want to comp something from the bar maybe? One hours for food to come out is really disappointing. The food was good but not amazing or unique. The drink was suppose to be a blood orange old fashioned but tasted horrible so, probably not going to return for any mixed drinks. Scenery was very pretty bd relaxing. Ambiance was nice but restaurant service was so disappointing.

Everything was good, except for the server who was carving out the BBQ prime spare rib. The look on his face and the way he was disgustingly serving the prime rib was as if it was painfully being carved out of his own ribs. Jokes aside, he was not the right person to interact with the customer behind the counter. We lost our appetite for the prime spare ribs which was an added cost on the buffet menu.

Field To Belly's trailer-side banner reads, "Food from friends... all locally sourced from farmers…read morein Central PA," and honestly, that alone set my heart soaring. A food truck fully committed to local sourcing, parked at a fundraiser for a farmers market in my home county? Say no more--I was already smitten. I scoped out their menu ahead of time (highly recommend), because I wanted everything. It was their last event of the year and they were serving the full lineup--breakfast sandwiches, jamburgers, the Autumn Harvest Melt, you name it. After snagging a quick photo with Santa, I headed straight for their simple, no-frills setup. None of that "locally sourced means we bought the eggs at Walmart this morning" nonsense. Field To Belly is the real deal. I went with the Morning Jammer ($15): sage butter-griddled buttermilk bread, a pastured beef burger, melty gouda, thick-cut bacon, a pastured fried egg, grilled onions, and your choice of raspberry or pepper jam. (Pepper jam for me all the way--no contest.) As I stood in the freezing wind with the first snowflakes of the season falling, two things crossed my mind: 1) I'm not ready for winter, and 2) this sandwich is going to change my life. The cook griddled everything right in front of me, and before long I was handed a heavy Styrofoam clamshell. I escaped to my car, popped it open, and nearly ascended. The Morning Jammer is huge--and smelled like pure, glorious breakfast heaven. One bite in and... holy shit. This might be the best breakfast sandwich, burger, handheld-anything I've ever had. Every ingredient sang on its own but harmonized perfectly: the pepper jam and bacon together? Unreal. The egg was perfectly fried (not runny--bless), the burger was cooked beautifully, and the griddled bread held everything together like the MVP it was. Full disclosure: I inhaled the entire thing in a school parking lot like a feral raccoon who hadn't eaten in a week. Zero regrets. Field To Belly blew me away with their minimalistic, ingredient-driven magic. Skip the flashy trucks and track these folks down instead. They frequent local farmers markets--including Dillsburg Farmers Market and Adams-Ricci Community Park Farmers Market--and trust me, you're going to want to know where they'll be next. Pro tip: Like, follow, and stalk them on social media. Your tastebuds will thank you. I know mine did.
