The ENTIRE Kayal group should be avoided at all costs. I have had over a dozen appointments in the last 2 months for shoulder and arm pain. Every single instance of doctor visits, test and PT have had some kind of error in scheduling, confusion (on Kayals behalf, not mine) or just incompetence that has made me utterly furious. Im sure there are nice people that work there, but as a patient with pain, I feel like a very small "number" being shuttled through their fancy factory without any care or accountability on their part. So many scheduling errors and so much time being ignored and NOTHING from the staff or management about an apology. While an individual doctor may 'care' about your health problem, make no mistake - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. They seem to be struggling with trying to grow the volume of their business, while making the individual feel ignored and insignificant. Specifically, I was placed with incompetent PT staff - I (wtih no medical training) knew more about their facility and process than they did and they made me feel like I was in danger of hurting myself. Multiple doctor visits we're incorrectly scheduled - a doctor would change the entire city of the appointment and I was never notified. Thier respinse was to ask if it was ok for me to reschedule out another 6 weeks. Rude and arrogant beyond imagination. Another visit the doctor was over an HOUR late and no one EVER came to say 'sorry' or can you wait a bit more. They do not care about me as a patient or customer. They DO care about their video loop of the founder listening to irrelevent doctors droning on about some obscure thing that has nothing to do with me on obnoxious video screens all over their practices. Even in my exam room with the doctor in it - we had to speak over the podcast recording!! I wanted to say "Is anyone seeing this - Am I on a hidden camera show??" They do care about their marble and blue glass interior design - that is obvious - office decoration and video screen BS is definitely a priority over customer service. If only they could give me, the patient, 10% of the care they used in promoting themselves, I would not be writing this note. But sadly, they wont even care about this. I highly recommend Kayal Orthopedics. After suffering an accident that resulted in a cut patella tendon, I was worried about how quickly I would be able to get treatment. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I never write reviews but I am so frustrated about having gone to this practice. I just received my bill and there was no disclosure that I would be charged for every single thing xrays, MRIs, chiropractic consults, etc. I was actively asking if the xrays and MRIs were covered by my insurance and they told me they accepted my insurance and not to worry. Their prices are overpriced for that they ACTUALLY do. They wanted to do surgery on me right away, as I was told in my first appointment. On my first session for PT, I arrived 5 minutes early. They had asked me if I wanted to speak to the chiropractor for a few minutes. I spoke to the chiropractor for less than 10 minutes and now I'm seeing on my bill that I got charged $150. There was no disclosure that those 10 minutes would cost money. This practice does not fully inform its patients on the costs of their services, needless to say, the prices are overpriced. In addition, the first option is always to perform surgery right away. I am grateful to have gone to a second opinion and I was told I don't need surgery. BEWARE OF THIS PRACTICE, DO NOT GO HERE. Kayal Orthopedics was recommended to me by a friend after learning I had broke my ankle. I was put in contact with Director of Operations & Law Enforcement Liason Robert Lyons. I contacted Rob on a Sunday, who immediately responded to me and set me up with an appointment that Monday. From the minute I walked into Kayal Orthopedics I was greeted with nothing short of professionalism and generosity. I was quickly taken in for X-Rays and then into the exam room, leaving very minimal wait time. Rob had even reached out to Dr. Kayal to meet with me in person. Dr. Kayal was extremely professional and warm. The staff moved mountains for me to schedule my MRI and CT scans all before that Thursday, which was my scheduled surgery date. I have since gone back to the office for follow up's, which Rob has made so easy for me and stress free. Kayal Orthopedics and Rob Lyons together have done and continue to do all they can to make life easier as I navigate life with my injury. I write this to commend the noteworthy actions taken by a member of your staff thats deserving of accommodation. After an injury, I was lucky enough to speak to Robert Lyon. Robert was helpful and took decisive action to help me solve my problem. Robert took ownership of my problem like it was his own, connected me with the appropriate resources, and performed flawlessly to prioritize and execute the issue at hand. In todays world where most are uninvested, uninterested, and merely exist, this Robert stands out. The leadership and accountability traits displayed by Robert are extremely scarce and hard to come by in todays society. I do not normally right reviews in regards to an experience with any business because, who has the time to do that lol. His medical team took the time and care to diagnose my problem and elevate the pain, which I thought there was no solution. after my care, my Doctor (Jimmy) took the time to explain the reason for my problem and a long time solution to the problem. I have never been to a large practice that felt more like a small one . Not only was the staff curiosity , but they also assisted me in answer questions about my daughter whom is not a patient there . The office was beautiful , clean , warm and welcoming. Although I adored Dr. Rapport, his replacement Dr. Hubbard was kind , caring and attentive . He did not mention surgery once to me and even went back and looked at my images from 5 years ago. kayal doctors, PA's and support staff are very knowledgable and caring. They diagnosed me, treated me in a timely fashion . I was recommended for PT as what any insurance company would do before an invasive treatment or injection. After Attending PT for 6 weeks my back issues got better but did not go away. I was scheduled for an epidural and my issues have since gone away. I've been going to Kayal Group for 10 years and always have success. I took my 13 yr old son to Dr. Kayal's office for knee pain. The appointment set up was fast, easy, and smooth. The day of the appointment I was registered and inside of an office within minutes. I called between 9 and 10 AM to make an appointment due to significant pain. They scheduled me for 2:30 PM the same day and confirmed that they accepted my insurance. However, just 20 minutes before the appointment, I received a call informing me that they actually did not accept my insurance and that I would need to pay $550 out of pocket. I spoke with the manager, but unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do. I found this disappointing and not a great experience, especially given the short notice. read more

Took my son to the Paramus office this afternoon where he was seen by Dr Kayal. The staff were very nice and we didn't have to wait long to be seen. Doctor Kayal was great. He took his time speaking with us and conducting the examination and he made sure we had a good understanding of his diagnosis before we were done. It was such a pleasure to feel like we weren't being rushed and that my son was getting the kind of attention every parent would want for one of their kids.
