I had an extremely disappointing experience. The sales process felt deceptive, and important information about the vehicle was not clearly disclosed before the purchase. After buying the Lexus NX 200t, I encountered problems that should have been addressed or honestly discussed beforehand. Instead of standing behind the vehicle, the dealership provided poor customer service and showed little interest in resolving my concerns. Communication was frustrating, and I felt dismissed rather than helped. The Lexus NX 200t had transmission failure, bad catalytic converter and they claim i driven 1000 miles before reporting when i reported my concerns 3 days after purchase. why not TRY to MAKE IT RIGHT instead of shifting blame onto the buyer????!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND HAVE NO MORALS ABOUT SELLING THESE MECHANICALLY & FINANCIALLY BURDENSOME VEHICLES TO ANYONE.. ESPECIALLY A WOMAN... I normally don't leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience. Before I even purchased my 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan, I told the dealership the A/C was acting up. I was told by the service manager that it simply needed time to cool down. Unfortunately, that was not the problem. After purchasing the vehicle, I discovered the A/C would blow cold while the car was sitting still, but once I drove it, it would cycle between cold and warm, and eventually stop cooling altogether. Because it's Houston in the middle of summer, I tried to troubleshoot the issue myself while deciding whether the dealership would stand behind the repair. When I brought the vehicle back, I was charged for work that was described as replacing A/C pressure valve seals. However, the invoice did not list any replacement parts, I was never shown the old parts, and despite asking multiple times, I was never provided any documentation or photos of what was actually replaced. The A/C still had the exact same problem when I picked the vehicle up. I then took the vehicle to an independent repair shop. They road-tested the car, something that should have been done from the beginning because the problem only occurred while driving. They diagnosed a weak A/C compressor, replaced it with a brand-new OEM compressor, evacuated and recharged the system correctly, and the problem was resolved. My frustration isn't that an older used vehicle needed a repair. Things happen. My frustration is that I reported the issue before buying the vehicle, the initial diagnosis was incorrect, I paid for repairs that did not resolve the problem, and I still have not received documentation showing exactly what parts were replaced despite requesting it. I encourage anyone buying a used vehicle here to insist on a thorough road test if you notice any intermittent issues. read more

He started pretending to be helpful, but his videos of "detailed" dents scratches and stains proved to be deceptive and lazy, when in reality the car he told me repeatedly in videos was clean clean clean, was actually junk, full of scratches and nasty stains. What a waste of time to find out what I was told was total garbage when viewed in reality. We got our ourselves approved from the Bank and they wanted do drafting but Mr. Alex said they dont accept drafting and recommended pictures us to do in house financing. On July 13, 2025, I purchased a used car from Kaylar Motors. ABS and service engine light came on in less than 200 miles after purchase. I bought it for my wife as sort af a make a make-a-wish gesture. She has cancer, and I know that is something that would give her a much-needed smile. She drove it two times, once to church and once to the doctor. I took it back to their auto repair shop. They kept it for several days without any communication. I finally called them, but it was 3 minutes after 6, when they close. Onar answered the phone but told me they were closed and would update me the next day; however, he didn't. I finally called the owner, Alex. He said that it would take around $2000 to fix, and I had to pay for it because I had put 1000 miles on it. I argued that I hadn't driven it that much, and he said, Are you calling me a liar? I have a picture of the original mileage when I bought it, and again when I picked it up from their repair shop, it was 220 miles, and almost 200 of those were from going back and forth to the dealership. He and Onar turned on me after that. Update: I had the ABS sensor replaced, $300. I'm looking at $ 1,800 to fix the remaining issues with the brakes. I would think twice. In addition to selling me what I thought was a fair deal has turned into a nightmare and a money pit. They're not that friendly and are incompetent. They sell high end cars so they should know a Mini requires 93 octane, but they filled it with the cheapest 87 octane fuel there is, causing the engine to knock which possibly caused a host of other issues because the car has been in the repair shop longer than I've had it (and I'm not exaggerating by much). The car battery died one week after I bought it and they did replace it, but with a non-AGM Mini required battery which for which I had to turn around and pay ~ $250+ to have it replaced. In addition, the air filter looked like it hadn't been changed in years and in addition I also had to have almost all the hoses replaced ! In the eight months I've had the car I've had to spend over $8k out of pocket. Thankfully the warranty company did pay the almost $6k to replace the Turbo Charger which was also bad. The advice I would give to you if you're going to buy a used car from them is to buy the best extended warranty you can (preferably on your own) because I've had so many problems with the extended warranty company I bought from them refusing to pay for items that are covered under their extended warranty. And now it's back in the shop again and I'm fighting with the warrant company once again because now it needs a new engine ! Buyer beware read more

Alex wanted to charge me top dollar for this piece of trash. Let me share Alex's process for anyone looking to purchase from Kayalar Motors 1. You drive a vehicle with issues. 2. Alex offers you the vehicle at full price despite the issues. Along with $1000 extra in dealer fees that are meant to cover "tires and clear coat" (these are Alex's words, not mine) 3. During negotiations the most he's able to take off is $400-$600 if you're lucky. 4. He goes into a sad story about how he overpaid for the car and this is truly the lowest he's able to go. I questioned him on why he was paying so much at auction for these cars, he said he was a bad businessman. Buyers BEWARE. I'm an out of state buyer and I worked with Abbey who was helpful at first. She helped me alongside Alex and they reassured me that there were no issues, the car was clean overall and there will be no surprises. I got the car shipped to me and immediately noticed body damage on the front bumper that was present when the car was picked up in Texas (verified by the shipper's photos at pickup). On top of this, two of the tires were dry rotted with chunks missing, one panel of the car was blatantly painted (shows a lot of orange peel) even though the car has a clean title and no accidents, the headlights are taking in moisture on top of being already being faded and the driver seat back had fallen off. I expressed to Abbey that I have had poor experiences buying out of state for these exact reasons but they somehow managed to reassure me this time was going to be different. Don't trust this dealer they'll reassure you everything's good until it's not and they won't help you handle the cost to fix the issues. My parents and I went to purchase an Audi SUV, all of the staff was very friendly except the owners son Alex. During my test drive I noticed that the EPC light was flashing. When we told Alex about it he tried to insist it was nothing and that it was because the battery needed charging. Alex told us if there was an issue regarding the EPC that he would take care of it. We put a down payment to hold the car. When we went back and asked Alex to run a diagnostic test to further look into why the EPC light was on, he absolutely refused to even put it on the machine. He became very unpleasant. I do not recommend this dealership. Do not go here, they are liars and do very shady business. read more

Car looked great-nice driving-but I made the mistake of trusting these guys too much. Within a week after purchase: Present mileage: 99246 Engine warning light is on now OBD2 (everybody buying a used car should get 1 on ebay) readout shows "Trouble codes were turned off 391 miles ago". This was before my purchase & points to Kayalar allegedly manipulating error codes to make the vehicle/ engine appear in perfect condition. Additionally, the 2006 Mercedes CLK350 Convertible has been misrepresented due to hidden electronic connections or lack thereof, some done by third party, some by Mercedes. "All new tires" - NOT!These installations they listed in their sales ad either do not exist or have been overridden by a secret switch I accidentally located underneath dashboard. Some of these problems were confirmed by previous owner. Then they promised to reimburse $100 for my purchase of 2 new tires - WRONG, of course they did not! Beware - looks & 1st impressions can be deceiving...can someone tell me how two customers from Istanbul (hometown of Kayalar owner) would buy a car here?
