Caused relapse in alopecia in my Pomeranian.

Although they are sweet here, they completely ruined my Pomeranians coat that I have been growing out for two years due to alopecia. It finally grew back, and this was my first time bringing him back to a groomer. The scissors trimmed him too short and completely uneven. I asked her what products she used and she said that she uses one product that is a shampoo and conditioner in both. For Pomeranians, this does not work as you need deep hydration. My dogs fur is an extremely bad shape since bringing him here. Very upset.

I moved to Koreatown and had to say goodbye to my old groomer. I did extensive research on where to take my Pomeranian and found Kaylyn's. I've come back twice now and will continue coming to Kaylyn. My sassy dog seems to like her and she is soooo good at hand-cutting my pom with scissors. She's very precise and neat. She de-mats the coat, trims his nails, and makes sure he's super soft. He always smells great too. He is always perfect when I pick him up from her! She's great :) My pom looks amazing. If you have a pom, I highly recommend her. She gave us free chicken jerky treats recently and my dog loved them.

The booking process was easy, she responded quickly, and was incredibly friendly from the start. My dog was a little nervous at first, but Kaylyn was gentle and patient, and had her cleaned up and looking adorable in about an hour and a half. What really stood out was that Kaylyn followed up the next day to check in and make sure my dog was doing okay which was something no groomer has ever done before. I've been bringing my dog to Kaylyn for the past six months, and I always leave happy with how clean, cute, and well cared for she looks. She now greets Kaylyn with her belly up for some rubs every time we walk in, which says it all. Highly recommend Kaylyn's Grooming to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their pet! So grateful to have found our new forever groomer.

Amazing experience! Was so fast and was only $50 for the basic bath and groom. It included wash, nails, expression, deshed, and maybe some other things! My pup was so happy when I saw her, she was kept in a play area, which she enjoyed. Kaylyn was amazing!

Coming inside I immediately notice how clean it was inside and how cute inside it was.Kaylyn really paid attention to what I wanted and took my concerns into consideration regarding not cutting to short. My Pomeranian's haircut was done perfectly! My puppy is just turning 5 months old, so this was a completely new experience for him. He seemed happy when I came to pick him up. The groomer was patient, listened carefully, and made the experience a positive for my puppy. We will definitely be coming back!

Kaylyn did a phenomenal job with my pup's haircut. I live in WeHo, and there are plenty of groomers in my area, but it's worth the extra drive to have Kaylyn groom my dog, Luna. She was so friendly and Luna loved her right away. The facilities were also clean and they have their own parking lot. The cut came out so cute, even better than past groomers we've gone to. She even gave Luna a little bow tie! This is our new go-to place for grooming. Highly recommended.

I used to visit this spot when it was Debbie's, and it was just okay back then -- but under the new ownership, it's been wonderful. The groomer takes such great care of my dog Charlie. She works efficiently, and the grooming always looks great, especially the cut and framing around his face. She only takes appointments, which keeps things running smoothly. I've brought Charlie here twice so far and have been very happy both times. Plus, I love that it's so close to home!

I'm absolutely happy with the outcome of both my dogs. I brought my 5 year old Havanese a month ago. Kaylyn listen to my concerns. I told her Pancho was battling yeast on is belly and asked that she be careful with the razor. I told her I wanted his cut short but not shaved and to leave him with a cute face. He looks so cute and content when I picked him up that I took me senior dog to her yesterday. Similarly, I told her what I wanted in his cut. I brought my own dog facial shampoo because he has an eye ulcer and is my one eyed bestie. My little guy only has one eye and I asked her to blend his cut so it wouldn't be too obvious while maintain a cute facial cut. Needless to say, she delivered exactly what I wanted and left Leo looking like a pup instead of my 12 year old Lhasa apso. I loved that the price included nail trimming, paw cleanup, ear clean up and plucking. I will definitely come again

How do i know this place is five stars? Our dogs, who usually hate getting groomed, are always excited to come here! They also get cute little accessories after every session which are adorable. Kaylyn's grooming is the best, especially for little dogs. The full grooming takes about 90 minutes and costs $70. She is clearly a skilled professional who has been doing this for a long time! I love that she requires pet vaccines to be on file so that I know my dog is safe and healthy here. The space is clean. She is always responsive by text. I have taken my little dog here twice now and have gotten many compliments on how well she is groomed. My dog is anxious at the groomer and has skin allergies/sensitivities. Kaylyn puts in the extra thought and care and is very detail-oriented. She even followed up via text with me the day after the first grooming to check in on my dog's skin allergies. read more

I LOVE Kaylyn's Grooming services! She is the best! She leaves my Leo looking so handsome and beautifully groomed. I just recently moved to the area and was anxious about finding a new groomer, especially bc I have a Shih Tzu mixed breed and not all groomers have great skills like she does. I saw that she had great reviews and was so close by! Lucky us! She's so welcoming and friendly and is great with scardy-cats like my Leo. Kaylyn was incredible with my corgi! Parking was easy as the storefront is in a plaza, which is a pro in Koreatown. The place itself was incredibly clean, and Kaylyn was very accommodating to my dog's special needs. Took about two hours for the whole service. The grooming itself was excellent and the cut was perfect! She was so sweet and put the cutest stickers on him which he loved. Will definitely be back! read more

10/10 would recommend!! The owner was very kind and friendly upon meeting and greeting us. We filled out a short form in regards to my dog and she told me a time of when to pick her up. Even though we were a walk-in she was able to work us in. For future reference I would recommend calling and setting an appointment so that it's easier for her to work you in. For an Australian shepherd being around 40lbs or so she was able to have her ready for pick up within an hour and 15 minutes after dropping her off. She came back groomed and smelling great. So thankful I found Kaylyn's shop!!! I sent her a text in the morning, and she was able to take Corduroy right away. This is the best haircut he's ever had. I asked him to be shaved down, but made to look as cute as possible, and she delivered way more than I expected. She even took extra time to brush out his paws and tail instead of shaving them down. I can tell she loves dogs, and the shop was SPOTLESS which immediately made me feel super comfortable leaving my baby there. My favorite part is when I returned to pick him up he was free roaming (sitting and waiting for me actually), but the point is he wasn't put in a cage to wait for me. Don't bother taking your pet anywhere else. Kaylyn is the best in the west!!! read more

Sent out a yelp blast looking for a local groomer for my dachshund/springer spaniel mix and Kaylyn responded almost instantly. She was able to take my dog in that day after sending recent vaccine records. The full grooming for my 20lb dog was 90 minutes for $80 and she looks absolutely adorable. Recently tried Kaylyn's Grooming for the first time and had a great experience! Very reasonably priced for the services, easy parking with the available lot, and efficient timing (was done in an hour). An excellent job in shaping her paws, an even cut all around, and attention to detail in terms of telling me about an ear issue to keep an eye out for. Location is very clean as well. Found Kaylyn's Grooming on Yelp and decided to give her a try, and couldn't be happier with my decision. She was very friendly not only over the phone but in person too, and my little Charlotte loved her as soon as we got there. After discussing the options, he was able to remove all of the mats while preserving her coat, which I really appreciated. When he was finished she looked great and, just as importantly, she was calm and didn't seem overly stressed. As a cat owner, that meant a lot to me. The results exceeded my expectations. My cat's coat is soft and healthy again, all of the matting is gone, and he was able to save her beautiful coat without having to shave her into a lion cut. If you're looking for a skilled cat groomer who treats cats with patience and compassion, I would definitely recommend him. I was looking for a new dog groomer and, after seeing all the great reviews for Kaylyn's Grooming, I knew I had to check it out. From the start, I could tell she truly cares about the dogs. She took the time to thoroughly ask about our dog's history and preferences, and made sure we were on the same page about our expectations. She even took a look at his ears and teeth, offering helpful advice on how to take better care of them. I really appreciate that she doesn't overbook or have dogs waiting in cages, which I've seen at many other groomers. The environment felt calm and low-stress, which I truly admired. Sasha's was $40 less and they don't pressure you into leaving a tip like Petco/Petsmart. I was genuinely worried as this was my 6mo's first grooming session and was nervous about how he'd behave as he can get a little bite-y. Bobbi, from the moment I reached out about the appointment to sharing my concern, was great with communication/assuring me that they were going to be just fine. I understand accidents happen but I should had been notify so I can take my dog to the vet right away .upon taking my dog to the vet I was informed she has a cut in her eye and all of my dogs lashes where cut off during grooming which I didn't ask for .
