Went in for a last minute Brazilian + underarm waxing appt., and Kay miraculously had time to squeeze me into her schedule. Kay is warm and welcoming, and overall super easy to talk to, so you don't feel anxious at all throughout the appt. Surprisingly pain was minimal (even while pregnant with hypersensitive hormones!), and I was in and out of the studio in 25 minutes. I went here for my first facial in March; Kay is very professional and sweet. She gave me a skin analysis and created a custom plan for me to get my skin on track. My main concerns are hyper pigmentation and anti aging. I got the "Brighten my day" my skin felt so smooth and glowy! So excited to be back after quarantine!! I haven't been taking the best care of my skin so I NEEDED this!!!! I got a facial and wax this time.  First was a Brazilian and underarm wax I get really bad ingrown hairs so I'm hoping this helps. Got tired of just trimming my nose hairs and made the leap to finally have them waxed. Not easy to find a place to just fit in a simple short nose wax but Kay had no problems if that was all I wanted. Was a bit nervous on how it would go but once we started talking she out right at ease. Decided since the nose went easy and very little pain that why not try the back.
