We also contacted DoorDash, and the delivery driver explained that he simply delivered what the restaurant provided. Our kids were understandably disappointed since some of the missing items were part of their meals. The following day, my husband called the restaurant to explain what had happened. They were very understanding and kindly offered to provide the missing items that same day; all he needed to do was stop by and pick them up. We truly appreciate when businesses take the time to make things right. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, and their willingness to resolve the issue speaks highly of their customer service. We will definitely continue supporting this restaurant, though we may choose to dine in moving forward.
