This is my favorite sushi place to go to! They have wonderfully attentive and kind staff! The service is amazing and the atmosphere is super cozy. They have these nice Japanese paper room dividers and they work wonders for creating more private spaces for the dining experience so nobody is clumped together awkwardly. I just picked up my sushi and I asked the girl for an extra spicy mayo and she makes a face bc she had to go back to get the spicy mayo. So I say yes thinking they forgot to make my two piece sushi. She then brings it out to me after my check and I reply oh I forgot about that, and she said so did I. I could not wait to get out of this restaurant! The room was small and bazaar, the bathroom stank and they Blared super fast Japanese anime music. This place is excellent. The atmosphere at palmdale is very pleasant and the waiters and waitresses let you know you are very welcomed. Will be going to Lancaster next at some point. It's a hit or miss with who is working. Sometimes the rolls are tight and great but the last time our rolls were very sloppy made. The popcorn lobster roll portion has severely decreased since last year and their Udon left much to be desired. read more

I have been to many sushi spots and I saw mushrooms eel sausage w tomato. I tried it and it was bad. It's like they poured pot roast and all it's juice over a roll. My stomach hurt 20mins later. My brother didn't like it either. I went for sushi cause I needed something light and fresh. This is not it! I'm sorry by the reviews I thought it was gonna be good and by the way the photos don't match the real rolls the bring out. I saw a baked salmo. And it was fried it tasted like canned salmon too. This place hit the spot! We were craving sushi and stumbled across Kaze Sushi. We were seated immediately and the server whom I believe was the owner was very friendly and helpful. We ended up getting the heart attack, crispy rice with spicy tuna, tiger roll and spicy tempura roll. Everything was delicious and fresh. They had only been open for 3 days for indoor dining. There's a nice patio outside which might be nice at night. There needs to be some shade out there though for daytime dining because let's face it, summer can be pretty hot out here. Scrolling through Yelp I came across Kaze sushi. The photos , ratings and the menu of fresh sashimi/fish rolls made us hungry. We were hoping to have a nice dinner for 2 but for now they are takeout only. We ordered 4 rolls, (definitely too much for 2 )but they intrigued us. We got the crunch roll, DLT yellowtail , the Kaze roll and the Sapporo roll. OMG , so so so good Once we tasted them the photo opportunity went away , too good to stop. The crunch roll was good, the Yellowtail was AMAZINGLY flavorful and enjoyable as was the Kaze roll and Sapporo roll. Will order these 3 again for sure. For having sushi togo everything was set up beautifully and nice portions. I can't imagine it being any better we enjoyed it so much. Prices are competitive with other sushi places. Little did we know it was on their opening day and we enjoyed THE BEST SUSHI IN THE AV!!!!!! The Rose roll was ordered twice, the Sapporo roll was a must, the crunch and flavor for the Lobster and Scallop rolls were phenomenal!!! 10/10 would try again! Enjoy y'all.
