The food was fresh and well prepared. I had the spicy garlic edamame, and I have to say it is my favorite edamame in the antelope valley. I was super excited to try this place because of the reviews. The service was great. We ordered online and picked it up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sushi was just okay. There wasn't really wanting special about it. We got the Yellow DLT, Albacore DLT, Rose , Fire cracker, and the Tempura udon. The udon was a bit bland. Zero stars not 1star. I had to put one to post this review. I ordered over $100.00 sushi and other food items. Over 1hr wait when told a 35-45 wait time from the female that took my order at the door. 2minutes was 5minutes towards the end of my order. I thought the 2 females that helped me at the end were nice until I caught their facial expressions for me approaching the Sushi bar wanting to go over my order. We traveled to this restaurant for the first time. I have to make sure everything is there as ordered. I didn't want any misunderstandings. I called after plating the food for everyone to eat due to a hair being in the mushrooms. Soooo gross + disgusting! Yakisoba noodles are thin like Ramen noodles. I asked for ginger + wasabi for it being small portions in each of the take out containers with the rolls. First female said it's in the take out boxes we just looked over together not getting the hint. Masago wasn't properly portioned on an order rolls. Of course they aren't going to answer the phone + the answering machine is full of messages. If I'm spending that much time + money investing in your restaurant you should accommodate the order with what's requested from customer. Tall female with short black hair and other female that first helped me with starting my order didn't make me feel comfortable at end with pick up. Both of their eye contact said it all for me. It was Friday night wanting to close was more important employees forgetting what I invested. You wouldn't be there without the customers. Have effective communication skills, review orders thoroughly, portion sizes, extras should be given when incorrect amounts are being given for big orders, treat customers fair with common courtesy. The decor is nice and not old like other Japanese restaurants in the area. The hostess/waitress greeted us and sat us down right away. Very sweet waitress. My daughter and I order the mixed sashimi dish, the Eel roll and a couple other individual dishes. I have a confession. Before coming here I was already judging the area and the restaurant being that it is here in Palmdale, what do they know about sushi? I was so wrong! This restaurant served really good quality fish!!! I am so surprised and so pleased!!!! The fish is very fresh and delicious. My daughter and I ate everything on the plate. Valentine's dinner!! First time here and decided to try them as our go to place didn't answer. (Harbour Sushi) The food was great, fresh and tasty. Great selection and great staff. Unfortunately, they were not prepared for the Valentine's Day rush, so our delay was an additional 35 minutes from wait time provided. 1:45 minute wait, but that's OK as it's a holiday, so makes sense. Unfortunately with the rush comes mistakes. They forgot one of our items, so I had to go back for it. They gave me the item plus an additional one. Extremely apologetic, understanding and friendly. I Just moved to Palmdale from Los Angeles and I was craving sushi . I found Kaze sushi and my experience was amazing. The quality of the food and the presentation was on point. The only downside was that that it was hot in the restaurant and they didnt want to turn it on. Mande they dont give ac to the clients becuase they give it to the fish lol. Other than that, the service was amazing, the food was delicious and I will totally recommend and will be back. This is my new sushi spot. read more
