Noticed the scratches later that day and went in the next day and as I was explaining what happened all the technicians tried to gaslight me there weren't scratches. Called customer support which was an absolute nightmare, they would have me on hold for 30 minutes and when they'd answer and I'd explain what happened they'd have to send me to a different line in which I'd have to wait 30 minutes again. It's been about a month of me contacting them and still nothing has been done about it

I found out when I was there that they give discounts for fleet vehicles. Good to know. There were 2 guys when I pulled up. Both were friendly and nice. Nothing to complain about. The prices are a little bit higher than the place I go to for my personal vehicle, but I'd consider that a convenience fee. My boss takes his personal vehicles to this chain, which is why he wanted us to start taking the work trucks here. The missing star is because he didn't reset the "oil change required" error message (I noticed when I was already almost back to work), but one of our shop guys did it when I got back.
