I did notice after I left my car was making a strange noise it wasn't making before. I didn't assume they had anything to do with it, because there was no reason for them to be under my hood. The inspector knew we returned and knew we put new wiper blades on. I went inside to pay and was told the inspector "Just went to lunch" and it would be "an hour wait." This was unexpected and uncalled for. They knew we were so close to finishing such a very short quick task. I called back on the way home only for it to get worse. Firestone staff advised to return sooner than later. I complied with Firestone staff's preference. The manager actually said out loud to me: "Ma'am, the world doesn't revolve around you," and pointed out that "Mr. Firestone is dead, " which was cruel and unnecessary. This is how they treat loyal customers of many years. Sad because that newer manager girl had been so nice in the past.

I reached out to the sale department of the dealership about two weeks ago while I was still physically in Japan. Told them what I was looking for and my specific and strict timeline and asked if they could accommodate. My sales agent, Dermetris, was super professional from the start, even offering to pick me up from my hotel to go to the dealership, as well as, drive me to the Navy Federal when it came time to get that check. When I finally arrived in Norfolk, and got situated at my hotel, Dermetris arrived in a red CX-50 Hybrid, the exact one I was looking at online. We knocked out a test drive right then and I was super impressed with the car! Once we got back to Hall Mazda though, I noticed this CLEAN looking dark blue color and asked if they had my car in that color, with the same amenities.
