We took my Tahoe to Southern GMC (where we purchased it.) Southern failed my State Inspection and gave me a list of recommendations and reasons why I failed the inspection. The list of repairs was estimated a little over $15,000! I took this list to Rummel's and the only thing they could find was my 2 front tires are worn, but don't need to be replaced just yet. They managed to finish the inspection at about 9am with a pass. However, they found a small leak in my power steering fluid hose. He called me and I accepted that they go ahead and order the hose and I'd get it done there. I am very pleased with the service I received and how knowledge Ken was with my car. He also took pictures of the hose and everything surrounding it so hubby could see for himself. Side story: I had taken my vehicle to another shop close to work and they quoted me $700 for the job. They did not explain anything to me and quite frankly I wanted another opinion). I will be coming here from now on! I also like the idea that they are local being 2 minutes down the road from me, and they've been in business for many years and not a big box company.
