I swear this place never disappoints! They give the best services and they gave me a mimosa too! They also had a little stand for my kindle so I can read while I get my nails done. Love this place!

I got a gel pedicure with callus removal and she didn't even removed the dead skin around my feet. I also told her a couple times that there was still a lot of skin around my nails and she refused to clean it up. The nails were left crooked and sloppy paint. Never coming here again, it's one of those places doesn't care about the customer and just wants to finish you up to take the next person.

Jenny absolutely nailed this set!!! (no pun intended) I couldn't be more happy with this set. I've wanted this for a really long time, but didn't think it'd be something they could achieve. And she really took her time to bring the set to life. I've gotten so many compliments about my nails this week more than I ever have in the past I couldn't recommend them more. I also mentioned that this was gonna be my birthday set and they gave me a cuticle oil and lotion. :))

I always really enjoy this salon. It's clean, all of the ladies do a great job, and are always so nice. I sometimes take my younger daughter with me and they always treat her well too. We typically get a mani/pedi, or gel mani pedis and we're happy with the way they come out. I try to remember to take cash for tips, but sometimes I do forget and they don't give me a hard time about it like some other salons do. Special shout out to Rachel, Tami and Kathy - they did our services today. Thank you again ladies!

I had such a great experience here! Chloe did my nails and Kathy did my pedicure, and I'm absolutely in love with both. So I recently went I called Friday afternoon to make an appointment for Saturday morning. Went in for gel x and a pedicure. I had previously had a gel mani & pedi from another place. So Mike did my nails and some lady did my pedicure I had no problem with the service Mike & her were really nice. Until I went to pay they charged me $136 for gel x short almond nails & my gel pedicure. It was my sisters gender reveal so I needed them done but I was so caught off guard that I even tried to do the math and I didn't understand how they came up with the price. I was planning on make this my go to nail salon since I live 5 mins away. But I'm not sure with these prices.

Rachel is ya girl! I came in w/ a shabby set (nails) & Rachel took me from ehh to Ahh!! I haven't been to this location in a long while, past visits were ok but nothing prompted me to write a review until today. My tech Rachel was personable, worked quickly (which then you know she knows her stuff) she educated me a little on different products used during my visit & why. I came in w/ a design in mind & she ~nailed~ it! I will be back & I will be asking for her each & every visit! Plus the vibe was lively & fun. I've been coming here for 2 years now and always have a great experience. Kathy does my gel builder fills and I've always been happy with her work. They fit me in the next day when I call. Honestly all the ladies here are great. Friendly, calm atmosphere and I feel relaxed by the time I leave. Definitely recommend!!

I recently started coming back to this salon after many years of trying to get my nails in good shape. There's so much that can be done now for your nails, and that means lots of questions. Jenny took her time to answer anything I had questions about and gave me stunning nails that lasted over a month! For this I'll continue to come here! The ladies doing my toes, Chloe and Lucy, were also great and kind. I appreciate this service

I had a fill, cut down, shape, gel, and design done to my nails. I must say Hailey is a skilled nail tech, she squared me away and it turned out beautiful! Pedi was relaxing and they removed that pesky ingrown nail. The vibe is chill, relaxing and any service of 50 or more you get a complimentry alcohol or soft drink. Just left the salon and I don't think I'll be back. I got builder gel and there are so many little imperfections/spots/uneven areas. I've been here before and I got a good acrylic full set but this time.. it was over $80 for just my hands! I asked for a pearl chrome on top (to which they kept putting silver and when they're not catching the light they look dark gray and ugly!) I also didn't know they were gonna rack up the price so much, I literally asked why they didn't tell me it was gonna be so expensive when I asked for it, and they had no answer. I kept having to ask the lady doing my nails to fix the shape, the colors, etc. Her and everyone else in the salon was very nice but charging so much for subpar work is not something I will be returning for. I just ended up paying and leaving and crying as soon as I got to my car. This service really let me down read more

I've come here on two occasions so far. The last time Kate did my manicure and nail art... And did a fantastic job. I do not remember the name of the gentleman that did my pedicure last time... But he did a fantastic job, and gave, great massages! Today, Kathy gave me a great pedicure, with a wonderful and relaxing massage. Tammy, did my manicure exactly as I wanted it with meticulous nail art.... And a great massage with hot towel service. Everyone here is very nice and friendly!! (I must also mention that they are also very accommodating when they can be. I called on Saturday 4:55 PM... And they evidently close at 6 PM. I asked if they could take me for a Mani and pedi still. I told them that I was 15 minutes out from them. They told me that it was no problem. 20 minutes later I was walking through the door... And they were graciously seating, me in one of their comfortable chairs. The warm water was already running for me in the foot tub when I got there! They timed it perfectly! Tammy and Kathy were a joy to work with (as was Katie on the previous occasion). Please be generous to these ladies and gentlemen, when you tip, at the end of your visit! Their services are worth it! I will certainly keep coming back here. read more

When I asked if it could be changed, I was told it was already drying. They offered to add the dots, but still wanted another $30. I just wish there had been better communication before the nails were finished. A quick check-in about the design would have helped, especially for the price. Nice salon and staff, but the experience left us disappointed.

As you can see in the photo, my nails were left unnaturally red, chipped, and filed to the bone. The nail tech working on my nails was ripping off the gel x nails off of my fingers and constantly applying and reapplying a product that I'm not familiar with. Normally, I don't question the techniques of workers at nail salons, but at some point, I literally had to pull my hand back because of how much she was hurting me. I'm sure the other services here are great. Just don't request a nail removal from here. I still had to pay full price despite the pain and how chipped my nails were.

Terrible Experience, Worst Service I had a terrible experience at KC NAILS & SPA. I accidentally stumbled upon this salon and decided to give it a try. However, I regret that decision now. The lady who attended to me complained about my nails not being smooth enough and scrubbed them profusely. She kept telling me every minute that she was making them soft, but my nails ended up being weak and thin. In fact, one of my nails broke the very next day. The service was poor, and the staff's attitude was even worse. They were laughing and joking about me in another language, which is unprofessional. It felt like being in Guantanamo prison, where my poor finger was being tortured. It's essential to note that people can feel what you're saying, even if they don't understand your language. I hope this review serves as feedback for the KC NAILS & SPA team to improve their service and be more professional. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I have been going to KC Nails & Spa since it opened (over 5 years ago). I love the owners and the staff! They are always friendly and eager to accommodate any special requests I may ask for (within in reason, naturally). The salon is well maintained and very clean at all hours of the day! Desiree and David are my manicurist and pedicurist. I love their work, their suggestions, and their special attention to detail. They are both very gentle which is also appreciated! Holly does the best job on my eyebrow and lip waxing. I'm always offered a cold bottle of water to quench my thirst, which is a very nice added service accommodation. I have had acrylic nails on for over 30 years, and KC Nails & Spa is by far my favorite salon to date! read more

highly recommend KC. the service was great! but the work Tammy did on my nails is beyond stunning work! what I love about KC is that they were very honest. i normally don't come in with a pic off the internet but this it was my birthday and it'd been six years since I'd had a set, I wanted it to be stunning. i showed the first girl what i wanted and I could see her face get worried and I said it's ok maybe someone else or I could just have something simple. she found someone else and that was Tammy! other places would attempt it and get it wrong but Tammy was spot on! I have been coming to KC Nails for 3 years. Previously I would try a new salon every few months and was never impressed with anyone! I immediately fell in love with this nail salon because they are so friendly and kind. The salon is extremely clean and fresh. They offer water and tea once you sit down in the massage chair. I have had a few girls do my nails over the years here, but for the last year and a half I have been loyal to Kata- she's my girl! She has the loveliest personality, so sweet, remembers my name and everything about my life, and the best part is her foot massages! I recently returned to KC nails after being out of state for a while, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere here is just as welcoming and relaxing as it's always been. My lady is incredibly amazing and so do the other clinicians. They went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect color, even letting me try multiple options until I found the one I loved. I went here today because it was one of the only shops open. Not only were they completely responsible with the COVID 19 guidelines, but they also made my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. I would want to mention that it is always better to make an appointment ahead as they get super busy, especially by the end of the day and in the end of the week.
