I got a gel pedicure with callus removal and she didn't even removed the dead skin around my feet. I also told her a couple times that there was still a lot of skin around my nails and she refused to clean it up. The nails were left crooked and sloppy paint. Never coming here again, it's one of those places doesn't care about the customer and just wants to finish you up to take the next person.

Jenny absolutely nailed this set!!! (no pun intended) I couldn't be more happy with this set. I've wanted this for a really long time, but didn't think it'd be something they could achieve. And she really took her time to bring the set to life. I've gotten so many compliments about my nails this week more than I ever have in the past I couldn't recommend them more. I also mentioned that this was gonna be my birthday set and they gave me a cuticle oil and lotion. :))

I always really enjoy this salon. It's clean, all of the ladies do a great job, and are always so nice. I sometimes take my younger daughter with me and they always treat her well too. We typically get a mani/pedi, or gel mani pedis and we're happy with the way they come out. I try to remember to take cash for tips, but sometimes I do forget and they don't give me a hard time about it like some other salons do. Special shout out to Rachel, Tami and Kathy - they did our services today. Thank you again ladies!

I had such a great experience here! Chloe did my nails and Kathy did my pedicure, and I'm absolutely in love with both. So I recently went I called Friday afternoon to make an appointment for Saturday morning. Went in for gel x and a pedicure. I had previously had a gel mani & pedi from another place. So Mike did my nails and some lady did my pedicure I had no problem with the service Mike & her were really nice. Until I went to pay they charged me $136 for gel x short almond nails & my gel pedicure. It was my sisters gender reveal so I needed them done but I was so caught off guard that I even tried to do the math and I didn't understand how they came up with the price. I was planning on make this my go to nail salon since I live 5 mins away. But I'm not sure with these prices.

Rachel is ya girl! I came in w/ a shabby set (nails) & Rachel took me from ehh to Ahh!! I haven't been to this location in a long while, past visits were ok but nothing prompted me to write a review until today. My tech Rachel was personable, worked quickly (which then you know she knows her stuff) she educated me a little on different products used during my visit & why. I came in w/ a design in mind & she ~nailed~ it! I will be back & I will be asking for her each & every visit! Plus the vibe was lively & fun. I've been coming here for 2 years now and always have a great experience. Kathy does my gel builder fills and I've always been happy with her work. They fit me in the next day when I call. Honestly all the ladies here are great. Friendly, calm atmosphere and I feel relaxed by the time I leave. Definitely recommend!!

I recently started coming back to this salon after many years of trying to get my nails in good shape. There's so much that can be done now for your nails, and that means lots of questions. Jenny took her time to answer anything I had questions about and gave me stunning nails that lasted over a month! For this I'll continue to come here! I have only been going to KC nails for 4 years now. The atmosphere is great, nail techs are extremely helpful and skilled and their prices are fair. Super over priced and poor quality! The technicians that my daughter and I had were mediocre at best, yet they charge TOP dollar$. It was not worth it. I got short, gel nails for $47.00 (not including the tip). My daughter had a full set of acrylic nails, that they charged extra for because they said they were "longer then average" and then they charged extra for "having to shape them," and charged extra for "a chrome finish." None of these costs were talked about when we asked how much a set of acrylics cost.... Very Sneaky, how they reveal all the extra charges when checking out. The quality is not fantastic. It took them less then an hour and we paid $124.00. Not including a tip. We left a minimal tip. However..... NEVER AGAIN, and be sure, we will tell all of our friends about this price gouging, mediocre, establishment. read more

I'm visiting family in the area and desperately needed to get a fresh full set and pedi and this shop did not disappoint. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were ready for me as soon as I arrived. Kathy did my nails and did a beautiful job. I showed her an inspo pic and she did her thing! I did not get his name but do not let the guy do your nails!!! I will not be going back unless I do an appointment with Jenny. The guy that did my nails did not cut the nails the same length, he glued the nail tip a weird way where the nail tips are sticking up. I can see and feel my natural nail under the nail tips. They are also thick and flat at the top. Theres also no point in making an appointment unless you are a regular. Never again! read more

I've been going to this salon for my mani/pedi for several months this now. I absolutely love the way Kim does my nails. The spa uses quality products and the customer service is great. I don't use Acrylics and the products used on my nails have not been damaging. My nails are strong and healthy. The spa is always clean and staff are welcoming. 0 stars. They took 3 hours to give me the crappiest gel x set ive ever seen. First there were ants all over and under the table during my service as well as the woman getting up and leaving me sitting there every other minute to answer to phone or talk to someone else. Second, I asked for a pastel green and they gave me an odd yellow color and when I told them it was wrong they dismissed me until comparing colors in which they realized they were wrong and just PAINTED OVER TOP OF THE YELLOW with the green, leaving me with a very unpleasant color. Third, there are bumps on all of my nails and fuzzies stuck under the polish and its already starting to chip 30 minutes after it was done. Safe to say im never going back it was a waste of my time and money. read more

The lady's are super sweet don't get me wrong, the first time I had got my nails done for prom they were beautiful and they lasted me over a month and they were done amazingly and she made sure my nails were secure on my fingernail. I had high expectations when coming again for the second time and I was disappointed. I didn't even have this set for a week and my nails were falling off. It has been a week and one day and 4 out of my 10 acrylic nails have come off and the others are wanting to come off. The lady that did my nails the second time she seemed annoyed and more focused on taking phone calls for the store rather than my nails at some point. They are all super sweet and nice but for a full stiletto set with ONLY two designs (one on each ring finger) and the rest of the nails being plain black was $82. I didn't get the names of the two girls who did my nails but I sadly will not be coming here again unless it's worth the price. read more

Okay wow. First of all let me say, I've lived in many different cities and been to probably 100 different nail salons in my life. This nail salon byfar exceeds my expectations EVERY. SINGLE. VISIT. I can't tell you how many bad nail experiences I've had at other salons, but at KC Nails I always get a different technician and have never been disappointed. They take their time, cater to my needs, and are thorough in cleaning my nails. They really do pamper you from start to finish. Every single employee is always so kind to me, whether I am feeling chatty or want to just relax, they always give me the vibe I need in that moment. Not to mention they all just know how to do nails! There's no weird or strange shapes/bumpiness etc. As long as I live in Riverside I will be a customer for life. read more

The first time I came here I wasn't exactly pleased with my nails. The set just wasn't what I asked for and the shape was too wide. I still decided to go back and try a different tech. I've been coming here for a few months and I have been very pleased. I am very particular about my nails so I'm glad I've found a place close. I usually come during the week to get my nails done so I haven't had any issues getting an appointment. Kathy does my nails and she's awesome. However, the pricing and communication were frustrating. The acrylics were $60, and French tips added another $25, making it $85 for a basic look. My daughter wanted simple polka dots, but we were told that would cost an extra $30, which felt excessive. I said she'd do the dots at home, but during the second hand, the French tip was done diagonally, leaving no room for dots later. When I asked if it could be changed, I was told it was already drying. They offered to add the dots, but still wanted another $30. I just wish there had been better communication before the nails were finished. A quick check-in about the design would have helped, especially for the price. Nice salon and staff, but the experience left us disappointed.

The nail tech working on my nails was ripping off the gel x nails off of my fingers and constantly applying and reapplying a product that I'm not familiar with. Normally, I don't question the techniques of workers at nail salons, but at some point, I literally had to pull my hand back because of how much she was hurting me. I'm sure the other services here are great. Just don't request a nail removal from here. I still had to pay full price despite the pain and how chipped my nails were.

Terrible Experience, Worst Service I had a terrible experience at KC NAILS & SPA. I accidentally stumbled upon this salon and decided to give it a try. However, I regret that decision now. The lady who attended to me complained about my nails not being smooth enough and scrubbed them profusely. She kept telling me every minute that she was making them soft, but my nails ended up being weak and thin. In fact, one of my nails broke the very next day. The service was poor, and the staff's attitude was even worse. They were laughing and joking about me in another language, which is unprofessional. It felt like being in Guantanamo prison, where my poor finger was being tortured. It's essential to note that people can feel what you're saying, even if they don't understand your language. I hope this review serves as feedback for the KC NAILS & SPA team to improve their service and be more professional. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I have been going to KC Nails & Spa since it opened (over 5 years ago). I love the owners and the staff! They are always friendly and eager to accommodate any special requests I may ask for (within in reason, naturally). The salon is well maintained and very clean at all hours of the day! Desiree and David are my manicurist and pedicurist. I love their work, their suggestions, and their special attention to detail. They are both very gentle which is also appreciated! Holly does the best job on my eyebrow and lip waxing. I'm always offered a cold bottle of water to quench my thirst, which is a very nice added service accommodation. I immediately fell in love with this nail salon because they are so friendly and kind. The salon is extremely clean and fresh. They offer water and tea once you sit down in the massage chair. I have had a few girls do my nails over the years here, but for the last year and a half I have been loyal to Kata- she's my girl! My lady is incredibly amazing and so do the other clinicians. They went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect color, even letting me try multiple options until I found the one I loved.
