Delicious! Fish, collard greens, and candy yams with cornbread, in 10 minutes as promised. And it was all perfect.

Felix's Kitchen is a long-time dream come true of my friend, Felix. He's always loved food more than the average person does (I transported 10 lbs of roast pork for him from Seattle when I visited). The food here is probably best described as fusion BBQ (sliders, burgers) with Asian influence (specifically Southeast Asian). Although the menu varies, you can count on the delicious pork and chicken sliders to be there, they're the stars of the show (in my opinion). I'm a huge fan of the pork slider. The meat is tender, well marinated and perfectly grilled. The chicken slider is also delicious, but I generally prefer pork over chicken anyway. I kinda wish the slider would come with a little bit of slaw, pickled vegetables or something to balance the richness of the barbecue sauce. The spring rolls are really not rolls. They're flat "pouches" of ground meat, spices and herbs. If you're from Southeast Asia, you may recognize this as martabak, a popular snack in Indonesia and Malaysia (typically served with a curry sauce in Malay). Felix has a bubbly personality that puts everyone at ease and makes you feel like you're his friend already from the moment you meet him. When I dropped by Felix's Kitchen, it was at KCMoto in Adrian. The food came out fast even though there's only two people working the truck (they were immediately sold out of burgers, that's how busy it was). The food is fresh, simple and filling, easily consumed on the go. Check out Felix's Kitchen and when they're not busy, ask Felix or Ariel how they came to this idea.

Two of my kids had the fried rice and said it was good, but again, a tad greasy. I tried a bite and they were right. I'd still come back to this food truck if they were in the parking lot again. Still better than having the (way greasy) pizza inside the stadium or the way overpriced burgers which were dry and non appealing last time I was there. Food trucks won out on this day!

Guess what if you have a place which serves Mexican seafood go try something like this. This place specializes in seafood in Mexican cuisine perhaps this is the second location there's another location in the downtown, which we have been to, but let's get to how we like this place Food I would say was not amazing but good we didn't like the paella the rice was mushy. It was smelling different because of the clams and oysters that was definitely not fresh. We didn't smell a lot of saffron added to the food the crab meat queso was amazing and we also ordered another Spanish or Mexican shrimp with spicy sauce. That was amazing. The margarita was great.. There was literally one person available in the restaurant who was taking care of the bells bar food any requests coming? We felt a little bad that she didn't have a lot of help but she was super awesome. Very sweet. Took care of us like anything running around everywhere gave a huge tip to her. The ambulance of this place is cool very ocean S. Side Mexican Pl. very nice bar a great selection of drinks. Things to remember: plenty of parking

My waiter was Kara she let me know upfront she had not been working here that long, but she also was pretty knowledgeable and when she didn't know something, she found the answer for me. She was great at helping me find options and she was really nice. Drink: I love that their drinks weren't pre-made I got a ready fire aim with rum (bellows) instead of mezcal and it was really good. Perfect hint of spice and sweetness. The water was really nasty though. Food: Everything is made to order and customizable which is rare. -(6) Grilled chili butter oysters my favorite very great flavor -(6) Grilled Stuffed Oysters this was very different but still good I was nervous about the octopus idk of if I necessarily taste it was a fishy flavor but still great to try. I would probably try it without octopus next time. My waiter suggested using the premade lime mixture to cut the fishy taste and it worked perfectly and I also tried the habanero lime mixture. That's on the table and that tastes good as well it cut the fishiness. -Ceviche tostadas no carrots and light cilantro no (btw this is the Pacifico one): probably the best ceviche I've had and I added the habanero purée and it was perfection.
