Pretty nice seating area inside. Staff was friendly and polite. And the spicy crispy chicken sandwich was just as good as Popeyes! WOW! Has a big crunchy juicy breast and actually spicy sauce. Make sure you take the survey and you'll score BOGO on chicken sandwiches for next time. They have their own proprietary Mountain Dew that's peachy and delicious. For a fast food place, I am happy with the quality of food they put out here. My Mac n cheese is always super creamy and the crispy chicken is always perfect. This location even has a buffet - whaaaaat!? Cleanliness is about a 3 but I think it's just old booths and an old restaurant in general, the staff and tables were neat and clean looking. Wow! This location is so clean and the service is exceptional. I was on the road on Mother's Day and KFC sounded like a better break than a burger. The location, dining room and ladies room were call clean. The cashier answered all of my questions and the food was fast and fresh. There were satisfied diners eating in and a few to go orders happening. They even offered me a rose for Mother's Day! So happy I stopped. read more

I wish they would bring back potato wedges and the Finger Lickin' Good Sauce! I don't like the fries very much. The chicken strips are good but I wish they could figure out a way to make them with the original breading because they would be delicious! They need to learn how to add things to the order after you leave the speaker! I once waited a good 30 minutes and forgot to order something at the window and they said I had to go back through the drive thru to add some chicken strips! Got a 3 piece combo meal there today. Price was a whopping $10 bucks! When I pulled thru the drivethru and got my order I did what I always do, and looked in the box. They only gave me a leg and 2 thighs. I told the girl at the window to replace one of the thighs with a breast. She said ok but thats an upcharge! Moved to town a few months ago so been trying different places. Not impressed first time ordering and they left out a $10 box of popcorn chicken meant for the grandkids. Since they are drive thru only due to COVID 19 I couldn't go back in to get it fixed and had already waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the line was now twice as long. Called from the parking lot for 10 minutes never answered the phone. Worst part is they asked what dipping sauce we wanted for them and nothing else we ordered would need dipping sauce! Been home for 30 minutes have tried several more times to get them to answer the phone nothing. read more

Worst experience EVER. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they ran out of chicken breast. Only wings and thighs left??? Ordered 12 piece meal (first mistake). Gentlemen behind counter tired to make it up by giving me a chocolate cake. Drove home only to find out we had no sides. After i ate a thigh that was dry and gross. I gave up. On my way home the next day, I decided to try and let kfc make it right. I asked for a refund or a gift card. Manager who was the most disrespectful, obnoxious, unprofessional, and rude I have ever encountered. She never introduced herself, acted as though I ate all her nasty food and was trying to get my money back. Very sarcastically dared me to bring the food back. So after driving a total of 40 minutes, I gave her nasty chicken, hockey puck biscuits and chocolate cake back. She picked through the chicken. Then suddenly her tone changed. Claimed she offered me a "be my guest"card. Is that not the same as a gift card?? So thank you Kris in Belton for being the worst kfc representative. I will not be returning to kfc.
