I believe they put a mustard based dressing at the bottom and then the greens so at first glance it looks like they forgot the dressing. But they put a lot of it. The meat reminded me of my mother's barbecue meat that she made when I was little. Nostalgic. I also like the desserts in the market. The harpist/sweet potato w/ Mac nut crust is way better than the Foodland one (although a bit more expensive) I remember when this location used to be Burgerland.
