Once you sign, they go over a list of rules that are to be followed or they will ask you to leave. They also have merch at the front. We bought the parfait and dry food to feed the cats, not all cats are able to eat the dry treats so you have to be careful. The cats were so cute, they were sleepy and taking cat naps, did not play too much. However, I found myself playing with one that was inside a tent and ran my nails on the outside and they were interacting by pawing from their side.
