After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

Our experience with their planning, installation, communication, knowledge, follow-up, and overall workmanship was extremely disappointing. Our project took more than six months or more to complete, and even after the installation, the problems continued. They left remnants and debris in our backyard that have now been there for two months, and despite our requests, they still have not properly cleaned up. We are now being asked to close their file even though outstanding issues remain. The project itself was poorly managed. Their plans had to be changed half dozen times just to pass inspection, which raised serious concerns about the quality and planning of the work. At this point, we are not even confident that we fully understand what was installed on our roof, and we remain concerned about the possibility of future leaks or other problems related to the installation. They also made a significant mess along the side of our house while installing the lines. We had to specifically point out how bad it looked and insist that they change it. Communication and follow-up were also extremely frustrating. There were times when workers simply did not show up, and the overall experience felt disorganized from beginning to end. After everything we experienced, we cannot recommend this company or anyone associated with them for design or installation work. If you are considering using them, we strongly recommend doing your research and getting multiple opinions before moving forward. Our experience was messy, stressful, poorly managed, and far from what we expected from a professional installation company.

We met Lenny (Leonard) who managed the overall project on-site as well as Art & Sara who managed the office/follow-ups/payment and with all the contractors we worked with for our house, they were by far the best in class. His pride and commitment to doing things right shows up in every person on his team. Sara, our project manager, kept everything organized with clear, proactive communication. Blake handled the maze of permitting. If you've dealt with solar permitting in California you know what a mess it is. State, county, city, and fire department all with their own rules. Blake stayed on top of all of it so I didn't have to. Joel made sure the job site ran smoothly. The crew deserves real recognition: electricians Adrian, Ivan, Salvador, and Christian; roof lead Arni; installers Jose, Gabriel, Kieren, Israel, Erik, and Robert; and Deyvis helping with inspection. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered my endless questions without ever making me feel like I was in the way. Construction always has bumps. Permits get revised, inspectors want changes. What mattered was how Infinity handled it. Calmly, professionally, and without disappearing. Tim must be a good boss and take care of his people because this is a crew of highly skilled workers who take real pride in what they do. The day the system went live felt like a turning point. Our first outage was December 23rd while setting up for a Christmas party. Power was out over eight hours. The lights never flickered. I only knew because the app alerted me. Tim included a Solar Insure 30 year warranty covering panels, microinverters, wiring, and roof penetrations, including labor. It's backed by an A+ Superior rated third party insurer and is transferable if I sell my home. An installer's warranty is useless if they go out of business, so this gives real peace of mind. Because I verify everything, I called Solar Insure, Enphase, FranklinWH, and REC directly to confirm Infinity is a Premium or Platinum installer with each. They are. I'll break even in 8 years at current rates, sooner when rates keep climbing, and you know they will. But more than savings, it's peace of mind. When the grid goes down, our house doesn't. June, I had a 224-dollar bill, our bills are all over the place so I didn't think much about it because its been they way for 7yrs, one month I don't have a bill next month I have one, but a 1k bill - yep system is down - oh did I tell you that 50% of the places they put a screw on the roof I have a leak? NO one will touch the system up there to fix the roof! NOW they want to charge us to come here and fix their shitty workmanship and the system - NOT - I will never give them a dime ever, but I can't say the same about them - RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE - if they show up selling solar edge, run, solar edge sucks, just ask a dozen other solar companies they will tell you the same thing and give you the low down on underline energy concepts - these people are con artists - they use to have more bad reviews; I wonder what happened to those? hmmm - When you read the bad reviews, you see the same pattern, same complaints - and they are true !

AVOID at all costs. Unprofessional. Incompetent. Hired them for a light electrical diagnosis in my home. They kept turning the breakers on and off until they made my solar system stop working, unoperational, and made me lose power generation for a month. When contacting them they did not take responsibility with rude language despite "all documentations and evidences" that showed by exact time when it stopped generating electricity and all the video camera documentations showing matching time of when they were doing the work and when the solar system stopped working by "minutes". I'm following a formal complaint to the board of contractors as well as opening a law suite but wanted to share my experience to all other people who don't want to hire unprofessional electricians. Appeared very unprofessional and ignorant. They didn't even bother to come by and diagnose the issue and wanted to charge me more money to diagnose what they did to my solar system. Rude personality. I don't normally post reviews but I didn't know much about the company when I first looked into getting solar installed on my house and was a little worried about how good they were because I couldn't find any reviews, so I figured after my experience with this company that I would go ahead and write one myself. Rick was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed to power my home. They were able to work around my schedule and came out early in the morning to start their job. Rick estimated the job to take about 10 hours and they actually ended up getting it done a couple hours before that! I've already recommended them to some of my friends who I know are interested in getting solar on their own homes and I'd gladly work with them again in the future read more

The technicians that arrived were Brandon and Juan and they did a great job. They wasted no time working with me on where the best location to set up. the fan would be, and getting it installed. Then cleaning up after themselves, and showing me how it works with the new advanced control and doing a quick demo. Then, they took the time to troubleshoot and identified that a faulty transformer was causing our Ring doorbell to malfunction. After replacing the transformer, they discovered that our Ring doorbell was also defective. They replaced both devices, and now everything is working properly.
