Had another wonderful experience at Crumbl. The staff is super friendly. Parking is no problem. Such a variety. They change the cookies every week so you can never get bored. There's something for everyone. I will be definitely be going back again and again. I took my son today for his birthday. I wanted him to pick a cookie for his birthday. He ended up picking three cookies. One of the favorites I had there was their Dubai chocolate cookie. The texture and taste was nice and light. It wasn't heavy or dense at all. I always go to the kapolei one and thought I'd get the same experience but I did not at all. I ordered a pink sugar cookie and it was a shortbread cookie with pink frosting. It's advertised as a sugar cookie not a shortbread. I've been baking for a long time and it's a very obvious difference between a shortbread and sugar cookie. The icing is also advertised as almond frosting but I was told by employees it was "vanilla icing with pink dye" The other cookies had very muted flavors and didn't taste very fresh. It seems crumble was having a bad day. You're better off getting cookies from Foodland in the same shopping center. read more

We were looking for somewhere to pickup a sweet dessert for a birthday celebration and luckily Crumbl in Aina Haina was still open! There were many decadent options to choose from. Baked from scratch their weekly changing menu gives patrons the opportunity to try new flavors! If you wanna try a gourmet cookie, go grab yourself the pink box!!! Based on how the children devoured the cookies, we would say that it's definitely a hit! It's pretty pricey, but seems to satisfy everyone's sweet cravings! We tried the Tres Leches and the Dubai Chocolate Brownie cookies. The Tres Leches was just okay to be honest. My friends hyped it up as one of the best, but I found the cake a bit dry, most of the moisture seemed to come from the leches it was soaked in, and the cake itself was a little crumbly. The Dubai Chocolate Brownie, on the other hand, was amazing! Definitely one of my favorites from Crumbl so far. The flavor was rich and chocolatey, though extremely sweet. I could only finish it over about four sittings if eating it by myself. Still, the taste was great. I just wish it was a tad less sweet. The staff were really nice and welcoming when we came in and kind when they brought our order out. Overall, a good experience with one hit and one miss. read more

Cookie didn't Crumbl... The latest T-Mobile Tuesday offer was a free Chocolate Chip Cookie with that I was instantly in and since I was in the Kaimuki area it was just a short drive to Aina Haina Shopping Center. I thought that I had to order my cookie using the provided computer monitor but had trouble and asked a staff that was familiar with the offer and said that it needed to be placed by manually. The shop is very cozy as the service is very small but they do prep and gather your order pretty fast and have a good system as I got my cookie and got on my way. Thank you! read more

Yay! So I no longer have to drive to Kapolei to get Crumbl cookies because this location just opened in Aina Hina near Jack's. There were quite a few customers in line when I walked in on a random afternoon. But the line went fast and they offer a self ordering station option. That helped. I like that they take your name when you order and they call it out when your cookies are ready. I like that the frost the cookies to order. I like that I have the option to get mini cookies, but I never do. I like that there are so many flavors and that they change It's kind of pricey at $4+ per cookie, but they are big and shareable. There is plenty of parking in the Aina Hina lot, and this is on my way home from town, so I may be stopping by here more often! read more

Love that Crumbl finally opened up in town! I love popping in whenever a good lineup is announced every Sunday. I first tried a Crumbl Cookie in California. I did not care for the sweetness and super soft texture of the cookie. So it's been awhile since I've wanted to try it again. But the social media on the new mini crumbl pique my interest. We walked into the Aina Haina store. The small front area and bright and clean. Some wall art. You can order on the electronic devices, which is located to your right as you enter the store or you can place your order at the counter. The price for the mini cookies were expensive at 3 for $9.99. See photos. The price for the regular cookie is $4.99. I decided to try the Galaxy Brownie cookie. Staff informed me that it's a favorite. It did have a frosting on top of the cookie, so at first, I was hesitant. But I got it anyway lol. The cookie was placed in an adorable pink box. It was served warm. A nice touch. But I was saving it for later. I sliced a piece of the cookie after dinner. I was surprised it was easy to cut. First impressions were: too sweet but a nice chocolate brownie flavor. The little candy topping provided a crunchy texture to the otherwise soft cookie. They have tablets to place your order, and by the time we walked the 15 feet to the other side of the room they called my name and the order was ready to go! We were in Aina Haina and stopped by to get some cookies. My friend took me to the one in Kapolei last year and I really liked their cookies. I was happy when I found out they opened a second location. The hubby and I picked up the four pack for $17.99. It was $0.99 more for the carrot cake. We got the milk chocolate chip, strawberry pretzel pie, brookie and the carrot cake. They were all amazing, but a little too sweet for me. I liked the milk chocolate chip the best. It was the less sweet out of the four and served warm. The strawberry pretzel pie was good with the cream cheese and strawberry jam. The pretzel pieces gave it a crunch. I'm glad that they're expanding and did a carrot cake. It was moist and tasted better than most carrot cakes that I've tried. It was flavorful, but again on the sweeter side. Yummm, can you taste that sweet, sugary, pure cookie bliss?! Well, I can ;) We got milk chocolate, churro, double fudge brownie, peanut butter munch, snickerdoodle and the classic pink sugar. The cookies were soft, aesthetically pleasing to look at, and really just a sweet treat to set your sweet day. Plus, it's the double fudge brownie was ooey gooey, melt in your mouth. Crumbl Aina Haina has been our go to spot since it opened. It's like one of those places where you always have to check what they have. I think since it opened we have been there at least once a week. Every week they have new flavors and we check and try out the new ones. My daughter has Kumon in Aina Haina so we just kind of walk by to see everytime she has class. The ordering for the cookies is pretty easy. You either order it through your Crumbl app or you order it through the iPad in their store. I've done it both ways. They're pretty fast with making the cookies once you order it. Some of my favorites are the blueberry cream cheese, chocolate chip, lemon, and our all time favorite is the peanut butter cookie. My husband bought a few of those and froze some of them so her could eat them later. Those are probably one of the better peanut butter cookies we have ever had. Crumbl cookies are good and it last pretty long for us. We share it and eat a little bit at a time. The price for each cookie is a little expensive though but if you love cookies, it will be worth it. Plus interestingly, it doesn't have a lot of calories in it. read more

Very happy to have a San Francisco favorite on the east side on the islands. The soft pink colors, bakery smells, modernized ordering option appeals to the tastebuds and eyes. Crumbl has so many options and we always opt for the box of four cookies. The flavors do change which makes the store interesting. I like ordering with the cashier because it's nice to get another opinion on my cookie choices. My favorite is actually the biscoff flavor..it's like a sugar cookie with pieces of the west coast favorite. The chocolate chip is good as well and I can't help thinking it's so big and I will savor bit by bit over time. For the sweet tooth..the frostings are pretty awesome. I've had crumbl on the mainland before but was excited to try it here. There was only one person waiting in front of me when I got there. I like that they have a self order area. I decided to get their chocolate chip cookie. $5 is pretty pricey for just one cookie but once I got it, I was surprised at how big it was. I liked that the cookie was slightly warmed. My son has a severe peanut allergy so I asked the employee if if contained any peanuts or could have been in contact with peanuts and she said they keep the peanut products separate so I was happy that he could try it too. You can throw in white or chocolate milk for an extra $2.49. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. It's definitely gourmet cookie when it cost $5 for a cookie. I went thinking I could buy 2 cookies. I just couldn't bring myself to buy 2. One cookie to share. It was a very delicious cookie. Rich in flavor and it did taste like strawberry cake with sweet frosting. It's a good cookie. One thing I didn't care for was frosting on my box. At least wipe down the the box. I have never been to a Crumbl so I walked in to take a look. No one asked if I needed assistance. There were two self ordering kisoks. I let the person behind me go ahead since I did not know anything. He walked to the counter and ordered in person. Wow. There wasn't anyone there before. He ordered a box of assorted cookies. I approached the counter and asked what was popular. I found out they have other locations. I ended up ordering the blueberry large cookie. It reminded me of a blueberry cream cheese pie. I shared the cookie and it was enjoyed by all. I think they have a reward program. The woman who came after me said she wanted her birthday cookie. I'm a bit torn - the cookies itself did not WOW me, but everything else about the experience did! When you walk into the shop (which is very small), you can either order from the ipad on the side near the wall, or from the cashier out front. They have the available flavors of cookies on display so you know what to expect. They have different size boxes, including boxes for single cookies - 5 stars for presentation! But, as many have noted, the cookies seem underbaked, and overly sweet. No wonder they sell a cookie cutter - it's really hard to eat one entire cookie, even for someone like me who likes my sweets. This place is so clean you could eat off the floor (which if I dropped a cookie here, I might be tempted to do). These cookies are soft and delicious. Mine were soft and chewy, but not undercooked. Ordering is via iPad in the store, or on-line. They have about a dozen choices, so if you're not a fan of chocolate, there's something for everyone, And if you aren't adept at using their iPad ordering, someone is there to help you. After you order, your name pops up on the screen above the pickup counter, and they hand you a box of warm deliciousness. The cookies come in two sizes, and the large ones are very large. I have seen many Crumbls on the mainland but have never tried one. Since there is now one in my neighborhood I stopped in to check it out. Very cute - how can you not like pretty pink? a single cookie that is about 5" diameter goes for $4.89 each. You get a slight discount if you buy 6 cookies. Mystery cookie today is the Pink Sugar Cookie. You can see them mixing up the ingredients behind a clear plexiglass divider and I see quality ingredients being used. And oh the pretty pink boxes are gorgeous. Great alternative ti a cake or cupcakes to give someone for a special occasion. Located in the Aina Haina shopping mall near Uncle Clays. I've seen a bunch of Crumbl stores on the mainland and since there's now a store right in my neighborhood, it was time to try. It's in the Aina Haina shopping center, nearer to the post office end. Small cheery shop when you can order and pay on pads. I'm sure it's useful when the shop is busy. They feature cookies for the day and they have the different ones laid out near the ordering counter so you can see what each looks like. The staff were very nice and explained each one. We chose to sample to cornbread cookie. Really liked the corn-mealy texture- it was really like eating cornbread. It was a chewy type cookie with a crisp outside and chewy inside, without being too doughy. Exactly how I like my cookies. There was a dollop of butter cream icing on top. I felt it made it a bit too sweet for me but that's just me. Hubby liked the icing - said it was sweet but not cloying sweet. It's a good size cookie and rich- glad we shared. Only thing is that I can't make a habit of buying $5 cookies. read more

So happy they opened a location closer in town....heard about this place but was not driving to Kapolei to try, so this location is good. The strip mall parking was full, so I just kept circling and finally found a stall right in front of Crumbl (happy dance). Thank goodness they had their banners up, easy to find them. Its not a big place, very clean and trending in pink. Loved the on line ordering , walk in and pick up your order...this newbie was slightly confused but not even a minute or less after walking in someone called my name and my order was ready, now thats service. And it came with an amazing "smile". It wasn't busy when I got there, but didn't get a chance to see what the ordering counter was about, maybe next time. Did see the back and it was bussling with workers, interesting considering everywhere is short handed. There is no where to sit and indulge in warm fresh baked cookies. I could not wait to get home, had to try them in the car, the warm cookies are amazing. Slightly sweet for my taste but undeniable "delish" for that sweet tooth craving. My fav is the Jammy Heart (graet combination of sweet and tart), then butterscotch. The cookies are great for a first time and would be a hit at any potluck.
