The Lansing

First time there today that my friend recommended and was great! I don't speak Spanish and they were able to accommodate the language barrier! It felt very welcoming and the atmosphere is beautiful. I love the vibe and the menu had amazing options. I had ordered a mocha frappe and was presented nicely with cute garnishes. I then ordered The Lansing Crepe and it was delicious, topped with fresh berries and fruit. You get great portions for a very reasonable price. We will be back!!!!

Checked out this place for the first time and glad we checked it out. The place is nicely decorated with lots of pinks and purples and is very bright and cheery. They offer dine in service for breakfast and lunch. The service was excellent and was always available if you needed something. I had the chipotle wrap with pasta salad and it was excellent. I could take home a gallon of the pasta salad it was so simple but so good. We also had the chicken Caesar wrap which was also excellent. Definitely a place to try out in the area. They have plenty of coffee, dessert, and breakfast options.

Haven't had a bad items here or bad service ever. Great drinks, food, service, ambiance, and decor. The themes are always changing on the wall decor. It's a great place like no other within many miles of here. Prices are pretty good.

I had been dying to try this place after seeing all the cute photos online! It's totally adorable! So fun and whimsical! It would be perfect for a mommy/daddy/daughter date! I have only boys but I took them anyway! Lol! They really put so many cute touches on the space. It's amazing! The food came out quickly and the service was good. This is a sit down restaurant and I had no idea! I had the chicken panini and my kids had grilled cheese sandwiches. My husband had a Cuban torta. Mine was incredible. So cheesy and delish! My husband said his was ok, needed more sauce:) They have those super fun giant milkshakes! My kids got a Nutella and an Oreo one. They were sooo cute! I can't wait to come back and try the crepes! They have so many fun specials too!

Food is ok definitely a little pricey for the amount you get. I would say it's more of a insta type of place it's cute to take your little girls.

This place is the definition of ADORABLE!! As soon as you walk in, you feel like you're in a candy land of some sort. It gives you "tea party" kind of vibes. I got a vanilla iced latte and their chipotle chicken panini and they were both delicious. A suggestion I would make though is I do wish there was more chicken/toppings in the panini itself because I felt like I had more bread than the contents of the sandwich. Additionally, even though they're a cafe and not a coffee shop, I do wish they had more coffee/latte varieties. Regardless, I will be back and thoroughly enjoyed it here!

This is the mocha latte, it was very delicious. My friend had the same latte but asked it to be less sweet and they were able to do that.

Over priced. The cashiers are rude, not friendly how they make it seem online. If I could give a zero star I would.

I came in for breakfast and left wishing I hadn't. The food was honestly hard to get through cold,…read morepoorly cooked, and lacking any real flavor. For a breakfast spot, that's a big miss. The staff made it worse. Service was rude, unorganized, and it felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. No greeting, no check-ins, no urgency at all. On top of that, the restaurant itself was dirty. Tables weren't wiped down, floors looked neglected, and overall it just didn't feel clean or welcoming, which makes you question what's going on behind the scenes. There are way too many good breakfast places out there to waste your time here. I won't be back.

I had high expectations based on reading some of the reviews, but was disappointed in a few…read morethings...the food, the service, and how LOUD it is inside this place. I ordered the Brisket Hash and Eggs - it also comes with either toast or pancakes - I chose the pancakes, which actually was the best choice and best food I had. The coffee is also pretty good. Bold and HOT. The Brisket Hash is served in a smaller cast-iron dish on your plate. It's super dry. I think it's mixed with some hashbrowns and onions and some spices. But it was way too dry and didn't taste like smoked brisket, so if you were hoping for that taste of brisket, this isn't the right choice. It also comes with eggs and I had them over easy, other than still a little runny and not cooked through, they were okay. The pancakes were the best though. Super soft, comes with butter (on the side) plus syrup and a small tiny cup of applesauce (tasty). They had good flavor and was perfect. Someone at our table also ordered the Biscuit and Gravy. It's a super large flaky biscuit (way too dry) and some dark sausage gravy that tasted more like flour than sausage gravy. It was definitely thick, but the flavor was off. We did not finish it. Others at our table got just eggs, bacon and toast. Something you can make at home anyway, so it's hard to mess it up honestly. And one other person ordered the greek salad. The dressing comes ON the salad already, and it felt like they could have served some extra on the side. Just wasn't enough. Plus the salad was served on a plate, not in a bowl, so salad and toppings fell off onto the table. Not the prettiest presentation. In fact, the theme of this place is - everything is served on a separate dish, so good luck finding space on your table. Plus I feel the prices are way higher than they should be for the portion size and quality of food. The other issue here is that this place is LOUD. Someone in our group uses hearing aids and they had to turn them down because it was way too loud. we could hardly have a normal conversation and there were just five of us at a long table. The chairs are another issue I feel. As you scoot in and away from the table, it feels like the legs are going to break from underneath you at any point. They are wobbly, and very uncomfortable. So, in closing, I wanted to LOVE this place, but it's just an overpriced brunch location with a large two-sided menu of bland food with the loudest rooms imaginable.

I called right after I seen this and a different person on the phone answered & said I could still come in no issue as long as it's before 2:30pm. I told them what happened and they said the hostess did not know what I was talking about (trying to play it off) and claimed they only told me the business hours, not that I couldn't come in. Why would I lie about this? & if that was the case then why didn't she stop me from leaving? If I wanted the hours I would've called or looked on Google. But no, as I was going up the stairs the host had came to talk to me in the front entrance part of the restaurant before I could even enter the main door. Shame, I liked going here and as a table of 1 I would be pretty quick, about 30-40 mins in and out. Not sure why they didn't want to seat me vs the other group, and I probably wouldn't like to know the answer either. I typically tip more than half the price of my meal since the bill isn't much for one person, but I will take my money elsewhere then. For the owner, the host was the one on 04/12/2026 working at the time I stated above. They were a young female, with glasses, and medium cut hair. Not sure of their name.

In addition to an intimate 410-seat thrust stage theater and an art gallery, this facility has a pair of elegant dining rooms for banquets and special events, and also a gift shop featuring handcrafted items. We were participants in a 'group package' which included a hot multi-course lunch followed by a matinee performance of "Ghost." The meal, consisting of lemon rice soup, a choice of Chicken Tetrazzini or Beef Stroganoff, and chocolate cake, exceeded our expectations. Though basic, this 'comfort food' was yummy, attractively plated, and served at just the right temperature. They were a bit parsimonious with the rolls and a basket of crackers (the latter was whisked away as soon as we finished the soup), but otherwise the portions were ample and the servers were genial and attentive. Afterwards, we had time to explore the gift shop and art gallery. The restrooms are immaculate. The theater has comfortable seating with generous legroom and excellent sightlines. Although the scenery and props for "Ghost" were minimal, the performance was so absorbing that we soon became too engrossed to notice the bare-bones setting. We also enjoyed chatting with General Manager Richard, who likes to mingle with the guests. If only the staffs at other fine arts venues were as personable and informative. All in all, it was a perfect day.
