If I could give this location a 0, I would. I submitted an online request for them to purchase my 2019 Titan SL Midnight Edition to which I received some information and took the offer to drive there - 25 miles from my home to get it appraised in person. While waiting, I decided to test drive the Armada. Nice SUV. Upon returning from the test drive, I was escorted inside and asked to have a seat while they gathering the value of my Titan. The "new" sales associate was great and did his best to assist. It was, when the floor sales manager showed up and told me they wouldn't give me my value unless I committed to buying another vehicle. What a waste of my time to drive to this location. The floor sales mgr was arrogant and could care less if I walked out, which I did. On top of the terrible customer service, this dealership has an dealer add-on for nearly $2k for something useless called APEX. All their used cars have this and it's a bait and switch since they don't include this in their on line pricing. Stay away from this place. Went in to buy a used car. Was told we would be charged an additional $500 for a "Lo-Jack feature". When I asked if that was a dealer add-on or if it was installed by the manufacturer, I could not get a straight answer. I tied asking a different way. I asked if it arrived to the dealership installed or was it installed at the dealership. He kept saying "it comes with all our vehicles, let's just put it that way". When we balked at paying for something we did not want, we were told it wasn't optional and we had to pay for it. The customer in the next cubicle was having the same argument. Dealer lost 2 deals in the span of 10 minutes today over $500. They don't deserve your money. Go somewhere else where they shoot you straight. read more

This was my first time buying a used car on my own I found a vehicle on their website that was $26k for the price and miles it was a good deal. I ended up being at the dealership for over 4 hours. They don't accept outside financing so if you don't have any of the banks that they work with you HAVE to finance through them. The finance manager gave me the numbers which was about $607 or $617 a month for 72 months with a 9.1% interest rate and my credit score is above 730 with a car paid off already. After about to walk out the finance manager told me she was going to talk to the bank to see if she could get the interest rate dropped (it was around 7 pm at this point) she came back in telling me that she got it dropped to 8.1%. By this time I was frustrated and ready to leave so I ended up getting the car but THANKFULLY the bank didn't accept my proof of residency. After about 3 weeks they told me I had to bring it back which I was more than happy to do. Long story short I had a free car for almost a month thanks to these guys read more

This is a place you should stay away from. I was trying to quickly get a car to replace my car which had been totaled. They advertised a special on a Nissan Versa for $11,675 - a very good price. I communicated several times by email to confirm everything then went in. The price was confirmed and we qualified for 0% financing. Everything looked good. Then they gave me the invoice - much higher than expected. They included something called APEX/GPS for almost $3,000. Questioning this got "all cars on the lot have APEX". It appears to be a "better warranty" coupled with some protection services. But $3 grand?! I explained that I didn't want APEX. The salesman brought my requested price, the advertised $11K+, to the sales manager. All they did was lower the price of this APEX bullshit add on. I walked out. Tricky. read more

The consultant that helped us, Eddie, was very sweet and knowledgeable and really worked with my husband and I and fought to get us a deal that we were satisfied with and helped us trade in my husband's Elantra for a good value when other dealerships wouldn't! I walked into this dealership after speaking to a dealer representative that they could beat a written offer from a competitor . I walked in located the car , ready to make the deal happen , it took 4 hours from that point to get into the finance office . Once in the finance office I was not asked just expected to pay for 8000$ worth of extended warranty and gap . After that was talked about I was signing the last two pages of the paperwork and noticed that my 2K dealer discount that was promised was removed without anyone saying a word . The paperwork was then reverted and the discount was given after the answer of that being dependent on finance terms and company . Unhappy with the back and fourth and being upfront about numbers until in the financial office . It was a long day . In the end my wife got the car she wanted and I can hopefully put the dealer experience behind me for a long time. read more

Salesperson was great and decided to buy the new Rogue. We went back and forth on price numerous times.. manager comes in and I tell her what I want for the deal. She leave and comes back and agrees. I go to the financing guy and sign papers. Tell him I'm worried about getting ripped off when buying cars. He assures me all good. Puts everything on a jump drive so I go home to look everything over. They shorted me 2k off my trade in. I have to say they suck people in with their low prices but you end up spending more in the end. Not worth it... go to another dealership. It will save you money in the end. We went to Keating for a new car. We bought a 2018 Pathfinder. BAD MISTAKE. We asked for specific options to be on the car. The salesman said they were on it. He kept showing us base models while saying what we want is on the SV. We select the SV but he distracts us from going over it till after the sale. 6 hrs later we take the car only to get home and find what we asked for was not there. I call and talk to the GM he apologized and said he would get it fixed. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN.!!! BEWARE OF KEATING NISSAN!!!! read more

The online price isn't true, it's a bait. The internet sales person gave me a price with a called APEX protection fee, which I advised I was not willing to pay, but she wrote me on the email that they were willing to take it off from the final price. When I went to the dealership after talking with the sales person I said I would not pay for the APEX fee and he cussed me out with exactly this words "So, you can get the fuck out of here.". I tried to talk with his manager but he didn't acknowledge his behavior and also said "You can get out of here." I was never before treated like that in a dealership. I definitely don't remember this dealership, because they do NOT have respect for it's customers. read more

bought a 2020 Jeep renegade, paid the full price. after we got home, we realized that there's no manual, spare key, nor the spare tire. called them many times, went over to the dealership, got a hold of the manager, he said no second key, no manual and there's no spare tire on the Jeep, just the kit that includes pimp which was stolen from the car. he basically sent me to the Jeep dealership cross the road. I went to the Jeep dealership and found out that the 2nd key costs $300, the pump for the spare tire costs $118 and manual another $80. very unfriendly, they just want to sell cars, that's their goal. no customer service whatsoever. you're on your own. would not recommend to anyone. read more

**POTENTIAL SCAM ** So I noticed an ad on Facebook about a massive credit forgiveness sale and I sent a message via messenger. The salesperson was Chad Johnson and I provided him with ALL my personal information l. I even let him know upfront my situation and if you couldn't help it was fine. He emphatically stated he didn't do business like other dealerships and to give him the opportunity to change my mind. This happened on Monday and today is Friday and NOT one word NO COMMUNICATION. I reached out to the Sales Manager who apparently is brain dead and doesn't care. From my experience I would say stay FAR FAR VERY FAR away from this dealership and there unethical practices. I gave one star because I did purchase a used vehicle here. I gave another because the car was a good deal. They state the apex gps protection plan is required to buy a car there. An $800 dollar add-on that is not cancellable through them or the company. This "fee" is for one year only. What a scam to get more money. They stated they would provide two tires, but only provided one. There is no follow up by anyone. I'll stick with Sewell as I've used them for previous two cars with superb service all around. read more

Well i bought a new Civic from them last week, had to wait and come back to get my lojack installed. the buying experience was pleasant enough, this is the second car i bought here. The last one was about 95 and they hasn't changed a lot from buying not being a bad experience. It's worth the drive, plus no Houston sales tax. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, and discounted the car very nicely, even below it's "internet price" which usually seems to be the lowest they will go. My salesman let me test drive the car by myself. I really liked that as I didn't feel like i was being judged driving their car. Finance was pleasant and speedy, as speedy as all that paperwork can be. They said the lojack install would take an hour to an hour and half. It took an hour, plus they installed my plates AND washed the car! I'll add more as i get service and such. read more

Maybe I didn't know what questions to ask but we already owned the vehicle (we bought from Keating Nissan in Conroe). No clue they would would recharge for things we had already originally paid for 3 months prior. Kept insisting they "didn't do anything wrong". My first experience was with my mass air flow sensor being off. I had dealt with this for a while. I told them what was going on and what needed to be fixed. They said no and ignored me and sent me on my way (car broke down again) they finally did what needed and lied about the pricing and tried to charge me double. When calling to figure out they were rude and hung up on me and my mom. The second time I come I had my shocks ruined and two flats with the rims messed up. When I first pulled up I told them multiple times my windows do not work. They rolled them down anyways now they will not roll back up. They wanted to over charge me. My wife and I were looking for a vehicle after having paid off her previous one. We went about a year without car payments, which was nice. However, my wife is such a hard worker, great mom, does a lot at home, and so I told her we should upgrade because she deserves it. We went to a few dealerships and the prices were high for the platinum Murano she wanted. Long story short, we received a great deal by email from keating, with a great price. However, once you get in there, it's a total difference. We actually traded in her car, and got the new Murano but a lot of stuff was added. Till this day, I'm not sure why we signed. Maybe I'm too gullible, or the one and a half hour drive made it even more pressure... not sure. It's my fault. What I wanted to be a wonderful experience for my wife, turned out to be such a regret. My point is to be very careful with any large purchase. But as far as this dealership, everything from the sales person to the actual finance department was so sketchy. We didn't really need a car and got scammed, I can only imagine what happens when you are desperate to own a vehicle. We are now paying a high price for something that is not worth that. My wife and I went on a Saturday explained we saw a nissan titan avaliable for lease we expected the cliche sales tactic which they executed textbook. While there we asked if their sister store in college Station had the truck and color we wanted they lied and said no it was sold today conveniently. I was so irritated with the experience I later asked my wife to call college Station they confirmed they had it but were closing. Fortunately we arrived on Monday and I bought the truck. Although she was kind, I never heard back from her even though she said that she would get into contact with me. Yesterday evening I stopped by Keating Honda and was met in the parking lot by Paul Medina. Today, I brought home a brand new 2020 Honda Accord. Moral of the story: Follow up with your potential buyers even if it doesn't seem as hopeful as you'd think. read more

A most unprofessional bunch. We've bought two cars from Keating Honda, next door to this Nissan deaership. Totally different quality of people working there. The Nissan dealership is shady. They took my car back to have it appraised and when they returned it, said they didn't get an appraisal. I'm not really sure what that was about. I asked for a drive out price detailing the dealer added charges and they refused to put anything on paper. They would only give a price with everything rolled into one, including a trade, which I had no idea how much they valued in the figure. Sales manager was extremely rude. If you go next door, they are low pressure and very upfront about all pricing and trade values. Hard to believe it's the same owner. Two completely different business models. read more

My husband and I purchased 2 Nissan Titan Pro 4x in May from this dealership. I starting having some hip problems so I contacted them to regarding a trade in. I had enough equity and so I went back and traded the truck in for a Rogue. Things went ok on the purchase until it came time to fill out the survey. They apparently sent the survey to my husbands email and we never received it. The sales person and Missy who is responsible for sending out the surveys kept calling, texting and basically harassing me to fill something out that I never recevied but they didn't want me to tell the truth they wanted me to answer with all perfect 10's so they could get their bonus. missy finally sent me the survey again after telling me she couldn't and ask me to meet her at the dealer ship on Saturday morning and they would detail my car for all the trouble. I agreed, in the meantime I filled out the survey and sent it in because I answered the question about being introduced to service as a no instead of a yes she told me the detail was no longer being honored. This dealership is an hour one way from my home. i ask to speak yo the general manager and she told me he wasn't there and did not work on Saturdays. I called after leaving the store and they put me through to the GM. This dealership is filled with lies and deception. Take your business anywhere elsewhere. Very displeased customer read more

At first this place seemed like GOLD but once through the door the experience became very lack luster and vague. We had been in talks with a member of their internet sales team(Jennifer) for about 2 1/2 months. We were asked about and disclosed truthfully our entire situation essentially preparing for a transparent and quick transaction; which was refreshing. We had been threw exact conversations about what we wanted, where we were mailable, and what to expect. Given we had spent months really making sure this is what we wanted and what they could offer this seemed as easy as sipping a drink. So we take the plunge and set up an appointment to have our trade in evaluated and to purchase a vehicle. Upon arriving we were greeted by a new sales member and we told her that we had been in talks for a few months with Jennifer. To our surprise not one person knew we were coming and then we were told that they basically do not interact with the internet sales team which sounds insane given the business relationship was fostered through this division of the dealership for the sale. At the end of the day we had to completely go over our entire situation again with our sales member who had none of our information and apparently no way to access it on top of that no communication had been made with the Internet sales team who had fostered the relationship for two months prior; but it becomes even more interesting! After outlining our entire situation again and 4 1/2 hours later we were told that what we thought we were doing wasn't possible and on top of that was point blank told by a floor manager(gentleman black hat with a beard) that internet sales job was to get you in the door. At this point I felt very uneasy in the entire situation given we could've done this at any Nissan in Houston but chose Keating Nissan because of the what I would now describe as deceptive sale practices or customer deception. We were never told that our internet sales team member was just a talkative intermediary and not in the possession to offer up or settle sales. Reading the other reviews it's seems this is a an ongoing practice and was told by every team member I spoke with that a lot of customers feel misled or duped threw this practice. I would say if your going to purchase a vehicle from Keating Nissan go in very weary but definitely don't interact with the Internet sales team in any way because they are not held liable for any conversations, deals, estimates, etc. it's literally just to get you in the door and hours spent fostering internet sales relationships are a waste of your personal time which seems to not be a concern to this particular dealer. Now do I know if this is everyone's experience no! So either their participating in deceptive sale practices(Bait and switch) or it's(Discriminatory) because we are homosexual men and in a mainly male dominated industry when you bring questions to the table their masculinity then becomes invoked and it becomes more of a situation and much less friendly. I know in Texas its legal to give me a difficult time for my orientation but is it ethical? Also we increased our initial payment amount and would've gladly put money down given we felt properly informed of the outline of the situation. We left jumped online prequalified with the lender we currently have a another auto loan with and will be going to purchase in less than 24 hours. Missed opportunities, mismanagement of the floor and a know it all attitude to match. Also coming from someone who sales jewelry with monthly sales in their profession of 60k to 80k; Guess I get to keep the commission on that 58,000 dollar sale;). I can honestly say their are way friendlier and more transparent dealers who would happily take your business. read more

I knew it was more than likely not true but i thought hey, free upgrade why not, for some reason I thought this second time around things would be different oh boy was I wrong. First time I went I looked into the Nissan Titan 2021 person tried selling me the truck for 56 k out the door base model. So I took my business elsewhere, got the "middle version Sv TOW package" for less than what they had said for the base model out in Houston. Not sure if it was "Colin or Micheal who I was talking to But very arrogant disrespectful via text and phone. They say one thing and do the complete opposite when confronted, they get upset. I am attaching pictures as proof to 100% stay away from this dealership & not deal with either of those guys Or this dealership in general. We found a couple of vehicles that we liked based on the online price. Once you get to the actual dealership the price online is not the actual price. There are taxes which are $2,022, a ridiculous APEX System, $1,895 dealer add ons, documentation fees, $3,000 extended warranty programs, and etc. So if you see a price online, make sure you are adding an extra 5k estimated to that online price and that is your REAL TOTAL price. Nobody is going to pay MSRP on a USED vehicles which they call "NEW". Um SIR they are called USED VEHICLES for a reason also most used vehicles sell the same price for a brand new one with less mileage. So where is the discount in the used vehicles? No where, duh. Please don't say y'all offer competitive pricing because this has been proven as un true by various customers who have tried to buy here and ended up walking away. When looking at vehicles it is also important to know that if you go to Nissan, you are getting a NISSAN. And if you don't get a vehicle that's NISSAN at this Nissan dealership, and get another brand like Chevrolet, or Honda, or Toyota or whatever the brand is, keep in mind they won't even give you warranty for other brand Cars that is NOT NISSAN. I have a feeling that as a women going to this place, the men think I must be dumb or have no knowledge about cars. Like come on, you're installing a $300 anti theft gps system and seeking for $1,895. NOBODY NEEDS THIS. This is the reason your car has FULL COVER INSURANCE RIGHT? This is a useless add on that the dealership claims EVERYONE HAS TO HAVE. How about you take that damn anti theft out of the car because I REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT. ANYONE who has common sense will know that this is absolutely NOT needed. It's just an extra that the sellers here are trying to add to add value to the car. UMMMM did you guys know that there are other prices like the BASE PRICE, the INVOICE PRICE, and the REAL MARKET VALUE PRICE. As soon as the vehicle is taken out of the door, it automatically decreases in value already. So of course I'm not going to pay full price. Give me 10% of the MSRP price. And on top of that, take away the cost of the stupid anti theft gps that nobody even needs. Also the price it says online should be the price and there shouldn't be any additional fees except the taxes and tittle transfer fees. Which is common sense. This dealership has even told me over the phone that they would come up with a price for me and all 3 times we have been in, they just keep acting up. This business is not selling if they keep this. My family has used this car dealership for over 8 years. Ever since Keating took over...it's not the place to go when you want to purchase a car. The salesman was alright, but immediately had his manager come out and give me an off the wall offer. No terms were discussed, not one thing...I don't even think they ran my wife's credit. The quote given was for 48 months and there was no admittance to their mistake, even though I specifically asked what term this was for. Lies, I work for a bank, I'm a loan officer, I know how things are supposed to work. Didn't care that they were losing business after we got up and left...was just told to "have a nice day". I would suggest going to Gullo, much nicer and thorough with their sales. *Update* I actually went back here and got approved for a new vehicle. My "new" vehicle had 200 miles on it when I bought it. About two months of having it, the vehicle came to a complete stop on its own on I-45 because of a faulty sensor. After speaking with Keating, I was called a liar. Was told they would do everything they could, including putting me into a new car if I didn't feel comfortable driving this one anymore, to fix the problem. I also found scratches all over the hood and my drivers seat would not stop squeaking over every bump I hit. I didn't feel comfortable and wanted to go ahead with a new vehicle. The general manager of the dealership then stated that he never said he'd do that and that he found it hard to believe his guys would allow a vehicle to leave the lot like that. We went back and forth for a while about this and finally came to a deal which ended up with me going upside down $2000 to get into a new vehicle. I had also asked them to call me when my other vehicle came back from wherever they sent it to so I could get my stuff and I never got a call. I called after a couple weeks and they said there was nothing in the old vehicle...yes, all of my stuff was gone now, including a necklace my kids made me for Father's Day, tax information, and other valuable items. The sales manager cut me a check for $500 (which was pretty much the GAP reimbursement). This dealership needs to be investigated. read more

Strongly discourage this dealership!!! We went today to look for a pre-owned vehicle. Our salesman was pleasant but the dealership CLEARLY has policies that are ridiculous. The $1800 APEX tracking is NOT mandatory at ALL dealerships in Texas as we were told. While we looked, we also had our vehicle looked at for a trade in. After realizing the $1800 APEX charge was not negotiable, we requested our keys be returned. For us to even get a quote on the trade in, there was a "process" they had to do. Meaning, they would present paperwork on a car we might be interested in. Then.... we were offered $250 for our trade in. Yes. You read that correctly, $250. While our trade in vehicle wasn't great, KBB stated it's value was $1800-2200. When presented with this offer, we laughed and requested our keys back a second time. Next thing ya know, a manager came over, blamed the inexperience of our sales guy and wanted to know what he could do to close a deal. My husband asked for the keys again. The manager continued to imply we didn't understand the numbers. We explained our issue with the trade in offer and he proceeded to tell us "no one will just write you a check for KBB value". I know this to be untrue from prior experience. We had to request our keys AGAIN, and left. We drove down the road and... We are now the owners of a fantastic new car and we were able to use our $2,000 trade in to lower our purchase price. read more
