My platter served during a special celebration last week during our Florida trip
    Jacob B.

I went here recently to celebrate a birthday of special someone in my family after spending four nights on a cruise. It's an enjoyable experience especially with the whole entire family together. The food was solid good and the staff are nice and pleasant. It was a lot of fun that day.

In 1998, Ke'e Grill opened in Boca Raton a year after the Juno Beach restaurant. It is a long-standing Florida restaurant known for fresh seafood & top-tier service. The restaurant was named after a beach in Kauai and offers a "tropical elegant" atmosphere with Asian-inspired, local seafood & American grill. This restaurant leans into a tranquil island aesthetic featuring sophisticated tiki decor, exposed bamboo tables, large market umbrellas spread across the dining room & giant decorative swordfish displays. Chef Tom Carival has been with Ke'e Grill in Boca Raton since 1999 & uses high quality & fresh ingredients. His favorite dish on the menu is a toss up between the Ke'e Grill Cioppino & Lamb Chops. Ke'e Grill is in a strip mall at the corner of Miliary Tri & Clint Moore Road. There was plenty of free parking in front. We made reservations a week in advance on their website. Four of us met for dinner on a Tuesday evening. Rocco, our waiter was on point, service was very efficient. I started with a Caesar salad that was large, cold, tangy, and delicious. My entrée was scallops with asparagus and a baked potato, it was superb. Filet mignon, pecan crusted salmon and crab stuffed shrimp were enjoyed by the others in our party. For dessert we shared an incredible crème brûlée. Prices were very reasonable, portions the right size and our meals were delicious.

We were a group of eight friends sitting at a wonderful round table at 6:45 PM on Saturday night. We had a great experience here because everyone enjoyed their meal and Service was excellent. What more can you ask for. We started with drinks and appetizers, then entrées, but no room for dessert. I had seafood cioppino which was packed with scallops, shrimp, fresh fish, and a nice large piece of lobster. I had the choice of either orzo or linguine. I chose the linguine. It was a very hot dish, not spicy, but delicious. My husband had grouper which he didn't stop telling me how wonderful it was. I guess we'll be coming back again soon because we loved it everyone in our party loved their meal. The atmosphere has a tropical decor. It feels like you're in a Caribbean island. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, and there was ample parking.

This place is interesting -- a real blast from the past. The clientele has been coming here religiously for years, and it shows. The food is very straightforward and very good. The atmosphere is hard to describe... honestly, just check out the photos. Service is handled mostly by a younger waitstaff and is friendly, efficient, and attentive. I come here for the lamb chops, which are really nice, and I also enjoy the Spinach Maria (creamed spinach). All of the sides are solid. Unlike any place I can think of -- but I like it here. And yes... there are umbrellas in the dining room.

We went to the. Kee. Grill. With one of. The longest friend in the world. He gave me a $50 gift certificate for my 90th birthday We arrived at 5:45 in time for all the early birds filling up the house. However, about 15 minutes later, a table opened up, and we were able to get one for the four of us. The waiter was very polite and knowledgeable about the food and the beverage I had a dark beer although not a draft beer the rest of the person had red wine for the main course I had a snapper special and my wife had the grilled fish my friend and his wife share a salad he had the pork chops with the sides of potatoes and a vegetable his wife had a salad and a meat dish the food was stunning and I ate the entire meal why came with a djshof mushroom and a little bit of spinach soufley the an

I can't believe this place has been here for over 25 years and this was my first visit. They have an attractive open kitchen in the back and the restaurant is decorated with giant fish on the walls and bamboo trim, giving off a 'tropical elegant" atmosphere. We had a reservation (the only choices midweek were 5:45 or 7:45). At 5:45pm the place was packed, mostly with groups of 4 or larger. Despite having a reservation, we were initially shown to a table in the back next to the kitchen (a noisy area near a swinging door). Upon request they moved us several tables in to a quiet booth with a good view of the entire restaurant. The waiters do most of the bussing, yet our server was attentive. He started off by asking us if we wanted garlic bread! Always a good idea. Their bread is soft white bread and the garlic bread is lightly seasoned. I liked the bread plain with butter best. Both are available. My tablemates started with the tomato, onion, blue cheese salad. The presentation was a little strange (see photo). They offer the salads in full-size portions or halves. For our entrees we had cioppino, tuna, and the weekly special: parmesan crusted snapper. As the spinach side was highly recommended we ordered that as well. If you liked creamed spinach, order this. All the portions were ample. We all enjoyed our meals and I'm adding this to our list of restaurants we'll be returning to.

I wasn't expecting such a great find! My mother-in-law chose Kee Grill for her birthday, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable spot. The outside doesn't give much away, but inside, the space is open and inviting. The menu was pretty extensive, which made deciding difficult, but they also offered a prix fixe menu that helped us try different dishes. I started with the calamari and the snapper in lemon butter, with sides of rice and vegetables--both were fresh and flavorful. My partner had the Caesar salad with shrimp scampi, along with spinach and mashed potatoes. Mom went for the shrimp and salmon, and my sister-in-law chose the shrimp and swordfish, served with sweet potatoes and spinach. For dessert, we all got something. I tried a key lime cheesecake for the first time, which was good, but the blueberry crumble with ice cream was definitely the highlight--warm, sweet, and satisfying. I was pretty full after that. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was really good overall. Kee Grill is definitely a place I'd recommend and would happily return to.

Came here for dinner on a rainy Monday night. Literally only 3 tables were occupied. Service was very good and a country club ambiance. Ordered the set menu. Ceaser salad, swordfish and apple crisp. Also got the seafood cioppino, grilled shrimp and another swordfish dish. All the food was excellent. Generous portions. Kee grill always delivers good food and service.

    The wonderful apple pastry dessert!

Another great meal here! Food is truly very very tasty! Only downfall is ALL of the customers are very old. Don't look for any type of vibe here on a date or at the bar haha. But come for the food 100%!! Always delicious.

As we approached the hidden entrance tucked under a portico, I noticed it was right next to a Jersey Mikes entrance which gave me pause for a second. After speaking with our lovely waitress, we ordered and the food was delivered in courses which was nice for a change. Everything we ordered was freshly prepared and delicious. It turns out the single person in the kitchen is the owner. He hand prepares every dish and accompaniment. Great food, great service and the staff were all very pleasant. Before I talk about the food I want to say that the young lady that was the bartender and server was so friendly and gave great suggestions. The restaurant is small, however it is beautiful inside and does offer outdoor seating as well. Now for the food. They bring out fresh hot rolls with a small plate of cheese pesto and balsamic drizzle. Outstanding!!!!! We came to find out the owner who is the chef, his wife is a pastry chef and makes the bread and desserts. To start we had the Spanish chargrilled octopus. I know I have said this before about other restaurants, but I can truly say hands-down. This was the freshest, most tender, and one of the most flavorful grilled octopus that we have had. It came with a mixture of capers, potatoes, and vegetables in an amazing sauce. Truly fantastic. For dinner, my wife had the blackened yellowtail snapper in curry sauce, and I had the shellfish pan roast. Both were one of a kind dishes. We have never had such great flavor and seafood. Not to mention the amount of food that they put out and the presentation is worthy of awards. My wife's blacked snapper was cooked perfectly had a light blackened coating, and the curry sauce was tremendous. My shellfish were super fresh. Again cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. The sauce they were in was amazing. For dessert, we tried their homemade Keylime pie, and this too was top-notch and made fresh. We are planning our next trip to this restaurant and if you actually want a true fine, dining seafood experience you have to try this spot. I'm going to say it is priced accordingly for the true quality of food, the amount you are served and the presentation. If you are looking for a fried shrimp basket or fish and chips, this is not the type of restaurant for you. This is upscale seafood, and a true upscale seafood experience. You might want to consider making reservations as they do get busy and as I mentioned earlier, it is a small restaurant.

Theodore Luff, who fell in love with the breezy charm of the Florida Keys during a visit in the 1920s. He built a bungalow inspired by the island spirit with limestone porches & a chimney right off East Palmetto Park Road. That is the bungalow we visited today! Before becoming a seafood restaurant, this was the 1st home of the Boca Raton Historical Society. There were many other businesses here & eventually was going to be demolished. Arturo Gismondi a restauranteur known for La Nouvelle Maison, Trattoria Romana & the Biergarten stepped up. Luff's Fish House opened in 2017 after a tremendous renovation, with the original chimney windowpanes restored. We left the car with the complimentary valet and were seated on the large patio. There was a cool breeze under the oversized umbrellas. We started with margaritas that were delish and the perfect accompaniment to our $1 oysters. They served over ice & were large, juicy and very fresh. For dinner we shared the spring rolls and a lobster quesadilla appetizers, both were overflowing with lobster meat and fabulous. Service was impeccable, food was delicious, prices were reasonable for the quality of our meal, , setting beautiful & we will be back!

Our waiter was nice enough but took forever to come get our order. The food came out. He came by to check before we ate anything. Ok fine. We let him know we've come a few times in the past 3 months (about once per month) and the smoked salmon was good to split as it always comes with 2 pieces of bread (which they cut in half- so 4 halves, perfect to make 2 mini sandwiches with) This time it came with a piece of bread and a half (so 3 halves). I'm looking around for our server he's no where to be found. I finally spot him but he doesn't see me and goes into the back area near the bar to speak with another server. He then pokes his head out and I get his attention. I told him we needed another 1/2 a piece of bread. It took a bit but the manager came brought 2 pieces of toasted bread with butter. We thought that was nice, they gave us extra for the wait. The manager asked if everything was ok, we had the bread so yes it was fine nothing to say. We weren't sure why be was asking (also didn't know he was the manager at that time) We also got the omelette which was ok, not great. No complaints just nothing special, we wouldn't get that again. (Not this trip but last time we got their potatoes which were so good and a really good flat bread with figs so most of their other food is good) Then it takes a bit but he comes to clean our plates... and disappears again. A while later he has that check machine in his hand (I hate those honestly- becoming a restaurant standard but gives you no time to discuss anything with your party or figure out the tip) he asked if we needed anything I said no, thinking he was having us pay since we're not ordering anything else- but then he just walked away. The other table is getting rowdy and annoyed not seeing him either now. I see that table out of the corner of my eye getting annoyed with him. They're ready to go, as are we. We finally get the check and they charged us $4.50 for the bread. Confused I asked about that mistake. He then told us he sent his manager over to talk to us (you did?) and he'll send him over again. So now we just want to leave but are waiting for the manager. The man who delivered the bread comes over. Tells me it depends how thick it is. Sometimes it's 3 sometimes it's 4 pieces (referring to the individual halves of bread) that's why we were charged for a side of bread. He then tells me the server must not have understood. I was very clear and asked for a half a piece- letting him know we always order this. I didn't ask for 2 slices with butter- which they brought. The manager offers to knock a few bucks off but it's made in house so that's all he'll do. I'm not really happy I didn't want all that, I didn't order it and really if your server misunderstood why am I being charged? (Plus we're already frustrated waiting there, we've been ready to go for a while at this point) Meanwhile the table next to us gets up to talk to the manager who's busy "fixing" our check as they also just want to leave. They're clearly frustrated as well. Then the server comes by and asks us if everything was solved. Not really but sort of. I hear him go to the manager behind us ... and the manager says "I'm going to charge them something for it" Someone else from that other table comes over to complain to us about how this place is going downhill. They also used to really like it there- but now they're spending their whole afternoon in there. We have a lovely chat about how frustrating this experience has been before the server comes back with our revised check. So I went from coming here at least once a month (literally my open table shows me coming here 3 times since the middle of March) but I will not be returning anytime soon and I have a feeling neither will that other party (Also on their menu on their website the bread is only $4.25 so we were overcharged no matter how you look at it. But you won you charged us something!)

There was a minor inconvenience at the start, but the entire staff more than made up for it. Special thanks to Matt, Darian, and Sage for making sure we were taken care of. If you visit the South Florida area you NEED to visit Eddie V's. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.

We had such a great experience at Eddie V's in Boca!…read more We called the day of for a Saturday night reservation, and the hostess was incredibly polite and friendly, which made a great first impression. Our options were 5:00 or 8:45, so we took the 8:45 reservation. We arrived around 8:20 to see if they might be able to seat us a little earlier. We were greeted right away, told our table would be ready soon, and offered champagne while we waited. Such a nice touch! The restaurant itself is beautiful. It's dark, modern, upscale, and romantic, with a large bar and lounge featuring live jazz music, as well as a separate dining area. We ended up sitting in the lounge and loved the atmosphere. Our server, Adrianna, was extremely friendly and attentive. We started with drinks. We ordered the Private Plane, which comes with a cute little paper airplane and a large square ice cube, and a vodka martini. Both were excellent and strong, which I personally prefer! We decided to do several appetizers instead of entrées and ordered the lobster tacos, Wagyu dumplings, and burrata and tomato salad. Everything was excellent with great portions and tons of flavor. The lobster tacos were outstanding and probably my favorite lobster tacos I've ever had. Then came dessert. We couldn't decide between the Bananas Foster and the brownie with ice cream. Adrianna told us she had an idea and would take care of it. She came back with both desserts on the house! We were completely surprised. They were both so good that I honestly couldn't decide which one I liked better, so I'm glad we got to try both! The manager also stopped by to check on us, which was another nice touch. What really stood out was how special they made us feel. It was just an ordinary Saturday date night for us, but from the champagne when we arrived to the service and surprise desserts, they turned it into something memorable. Excellent food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. We will absolutely be back!
