He's professional, kind, and really attentive to detail. He takes care of all the spider webs, general pests, and most importantly, our ongoing mosquito issue. George came to do a free inspection of the sub area because we found rat droppings. He said they were old and that he doubted there was a rat problem. So just in case, he gave me a baited trap and set it, and even offered to come back and collect any rat it caught. Other companies were quoting me over $1000, before they even saw any rat droppings! I didn't need their services this time, but I will definitely call them when I do. read more

Couldn't be better! They were able to find me an appointment within a couple days of my call. They showed up on time and stayed for hours. They got rid of the fleas just like they said they would. I had no problem sleeping in the house later that night... with all the windows open just to be safe. And as they predicted, the flea eggs hatched a few weeks later. I'm extrememly satisfied with the service from Gladiator. Aaron arrived on time and walked around the property as I explained where I had seen ants. He found the nest and knocked it out and then sprayed around the perimeter of the house. He addressed my safety concerns regarding my cats and did the exterior only at my request even though he explained the benefits of interior treatment. The office was very helpful explaining their pricing (which I found quite reasonable) and scheduling the treatment. All in all, a great experience. We have a large bee hive in front of our house. They responded promptly and asked for pictures. After seeing the photos he explained that if we waited 3-4 days the bees would be finding a new home as they had outgrown this one. I have lots of spiders around the exterior of my house. With Orkin and Homeshield, spiders were still running around. I switched to Gladiator and they are very effective. I now see only dead spiders, or spiders that are affected by the spray. Pest control companies say that spiders are hard to kill, but not with this company. I highly recommend them! read more

I've ordered pizzas that took longer to arrive than it took for George from Gladiator to solve my rat problem. I made a desperate and dramatic call to Gladiator after I saw a rat flee my kitchen counter in broad daylight. George was at my house within 15 minutes of my call, he made a quick and accurate assessment of the problem, and laid out traps where he thought the little fella was entering. Within 10 minutes of him leaving, the culprit was caught, and he turned around and came right back and properly disposed of the little guy. The following day he came and sealed up all possible entry points and I haven't seen a single rodent doody since. I couldn't recommend them any more emphatically. read more

I sent in a few photos of what I'd found, and Ralph called me back right away. Not only did he immediately diagnose the problem - not bed bugs, thankfully - but he also gave me excellent advice on how to get rid of the problem myself. I got recommended Gladiator by my friend in El Sereno who has been using Gladiator for years for their annual ant extermination spray! So I called them for my cricket problem - I was seeing crickets in my downstairs entry way and hear them in my kitchen. At night, I could hear the crickets and had no idea where they were coming from. I called Gladiator and they were really friendly and efficient on the phone. They thanked me for choosing them and were happy to have my business! Once they sent an inspector to my house, they were fast and clear. They told me that for an indoor spray, we would have to leave the house for a few hours, so I opted for the outdoor spray only!
