I locked my keys in a 2018 camry (rental) called AAA come and open the car the alarm went off and the trunk is only opened from the electric push release, & to put down the seats it's from the inside of the trunk And since the alarm went off it did not release the trunk ... Worst customer service. I called to ask for rates to unlock our front door after hours and was given an estimate. I call back less than 10 minutes later and am informed the rate went up because it's "later and after hours". What a joke. Definitely doesn't stand by your customer service as stated in your company's "values". Recently moved into a new place in the SGV and did what most people do 1st thing - change the locks. Unfortunately easier said than done, because the door/knob were older none of the standard ones from Home Depot (or anything on AMAZON) fit. So I had to go to a locksmith. Sent the email out request quotes and within a couple hours got a few replies. Oron was one of the only ones willing to come to the house that day to take a look at it. Super helpful and fast! I forget the young man's name who came to my rescue when my keys got incredibly stuck in my car door!! He arrived to the scene in about 20 mins! And within 10mins he was able to unjam the key from the door! Before he recused me, I used road side assistance from my auto insurance. The tow truck guy couldn't get the key out so i was stranded and feeling pretty worried cause that was my only key! I didn't have a spare! My new front door lock was delivered today and I was really excited to get it installed right away. I had my husband uninstall the old lock, only to realize the hole in the front door was too small for my new lock to fit.
