No perfumes, and the carpets can't be very moist by the time they leave. They came again today and I got the same amazing results. And it is always with a smile! I had a serious virus last month. To my horror, I lost bladder control in my bedroom before being hospitalized. I did some preliminary cleaning once I returned home but the carpet still smelled. Now it is fresh smelling and clean!!! They came out, gave us a free evaluation and determined not so much a leak from a pipe but more from the bathtub wall on the other side, water running down and flowing through the path of least resistance. Older house, bath tile on dry wall etc. Well we decided just to do the whole bathroom to be sure and it came out nice! They not only determined the area of leakage, but found and pointed out issues and flaws from the original build and fixed them. They do excellent work, great customer service. They don't up sell and are very professional. Clean up was great and they even carpet cleaned the traffic area they walked through after the job. Then come to find they do so much more. I had researched and contacted about 15 different window cleaning companies in the Greater Seattle area but ended up picking Ren's Window Cleaning because 1) you're supporting a young entrepreneur, 2) the reviews were impressive (and based off this review, I hope you can see it's genuine), 3) the pricing is extremely competitive, and 4) Ren was incredibly responsive (responded within 30 minutes) and able to schedule a free estimate right away. They were also able to schedule the work for a little under two weeks after the estimate. The crew looks very young, but do not be off put by this. They arrived for the proposal appointment on time, took off their shoes when they entered my home, and were very detailed and methodical with their estimate. They used tape measures, took pictures to show my boyfriend and me later, and broke out all of their services so we could see exactly how much each piece would cost (they do window, gutter, and roof cleaning, in addition to power washing). We ended up hiring them to do all of the work and were very happy with the work. On the day of the service, they provided lot of updates, took pictures to show their work we may not be able to see (roof and gutters), and were respectful of both our neighbors' and our property. They did a walkthrough with us at the end of the service to make sure we were happy with the work before collecting payment. I am so happy that we hired them, and we were able to sell the home in under a week. Their work helped us put our best foot forward when presenting the home to prospective buyers, and I'll definitely hire them next time I need window, roof, gutter cleaning, or power washing.

When I picked it up I learned I could take one on one sewing lessons from Pat. I took two lessons and learned more in those two sessions than in any group class. Pat is a great, and very patient, teacher! Most recently I had to bring my machine in again because I managed to get thread stuck in the bobbin section. The owner fixed it on the spot, showed me how to fix it myself in the future, very nicely showed me what I did to cause the problem, replaced the slightly dented plate, and carried the machine out to my car. All of this was done with a smile and at no charge. Customer service like this is very rare!
